A farm shop is 5 minute drive away and a local chinese takeaway within walking distance. There is a hourly bus that will take you directly to Bristol city centre or Wells.

We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

A clean, compact space with comfortable double bed, private entrance and en-suite facilities. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

Lovely large self-contained guest suite with one large room with a king sized bed, and one smaller room with a double bed. There is a spacious modern bathroom with a large shower and bath. Please note that there is no kitchen. We live in an adjoining house but you will have your own front door access, and your own bathroom, landing and stairs . Just a 20 minute walk from the beautiful city centre and just round the corner from shops, cafes and Oldfield Park Station.

The Little House

The 'Little House' is light and spacious with a 'holiday' feel and Moroccan details. It is self contained with it's own parking, entrance, bathroom, and separate utility area. It sleeps 2 adults plus a baby (see pictures of travel cot. Ideal for visiting Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Chew Valley Lake (all within 10-12 miles drive) plus Longleat, Glastonbury, Stourhead, Tyntesfield, Stone Henge etc...(all within an hour or so)

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

The Dairy, Mendip Hills near Blagdon

Tucked away in a very quiet spot on the Mendip Hills near Blagdon, this converted dairy provides a unique place to stay underneath a traditional farmhouse. An ideal location for walking, touring and enjoying the magnificent Mendips. Very snug and peaceful accommodation. Lots of walking right on your doorstep and six acres of paddock for you at the farm. Only 10 minutes from Cheddar Gorge & Bristol Airport.
