Great place to stay, right next to huge Victoria Park. House has everything you could need and hosts are very helpful. If you are going to tour Bath, it's very convenient as there is a hop on/off Bus stop close-by, so you can leave the car parked up. We were a group of siblings, cousins and partners and the house worked well for us with 3 bathrooms and so much space inside and out. We felt really welcomed - much appreciated!

The house, although on an estate was spacious and very clean with everything you need for staying there. The sun room especially was a fabulous place for us all to be together. Very close to the bus stop for Bath City Centre and only a 10 minute ride away....perfect for the bottomless brunch we enjoyed! Would recommend this house.

House was not within walking distance to Bath city centre for us . At least an hours walk and very hilly . Bus service was good but expensive. Parking was available but sometimes used by locals and very difficult to find anywhere else to park.

We had a lovely stay! The place is beautifully presented and the garden is absolutely gorgeous — such a peaceful spot. It was the perfect base for visiting family nearby. We hadn’t realised there wasn’t a TV, so next time we’ll bring an iPad for a quiet evening in. The only small suggestion would be to offer a lighter duvet option, as we found the current ones a bit too warm and didn’t sleep too well the first night. Thankfully, we found a soft blanket which helped on the second. Overall though, a really lovely place and we’d happily return.

The house was spacious with ample downstairs living areas and a large fully fitted kitchen. The two sets of double doors opening onto the beautiful terrace were a favourite feature and the views across the rolling hills towards Bath were a wonderful sight. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. Andrew was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble. He responded quickly to messages and was able to give us a recommendation for a great Indian takeaway, as well as the numbers of local taxi firms. The village of Lower Swainswick is within walking distance if you're relatively fit (it's hilly!) and there you will find a Co-Op, a butchers, a couple of pubs and a few other shops. For us, visits into Bath were by taxi or car and took about 10 minutes. Thank you to Andrew and Emily, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very at home.

We had a lovely stay at Jon's place over the long Easter weekend. We went for a short walk locally on our arrival date and explored Bristol town center the following day. Jon was a responsive host and helpful in suggesting a walking route bearing in mind that our oldest son has an offer from Bristol University and was keen to explore student hotspots. We also ventured a little further afield on Sunday and went for a lovely countryside walk at Cheddar Gorge. Would recommend. Jon's place is homely and clean with everything you might need to be comfortable during your stay.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

Nous avons apprécié l’intimité du lieu, apprécié la piscine après avoir découvert Bristol, Bath, Lacock, Castlecombe sous un soleil magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très discrets et toujours disponibles si besoin . Le cri des mouettes, des palombes amoureuses, les moutons trop mignons et la prairie de fleurs 🌸❤️. Faites la balade à pied jusqu’à Lacock c’est un vrai bonheur. Que du positif merci encore aux propriétaires !

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Joanna and Philip are the perfect hosts and their home and grounds are idyllic for a countryside getaway. They made us feel instantly at home and extended every courtesy during our stay. There is so much to do locally as well and the guys have it all mapped out and ready for you to dive into during your stay. Sending huge thanks again and we will definitely be returning. Jamie

Stunning little village and was easy to find. It was just perfect for me, my teenage twin boys and our dog for a mini break. The accomodation was spotless, decorated lovely, very light, spacious and relaxing. The hot tub was definitely a bonus. A basket of goodies were left for us which included a little bottle of prosecco which went down nicely in the hot tub. It was a great location to explore the close by seaside resorts. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful, especially when my son was unwell while we were there. They were really supportive and kind, we really appreciated your kindness and looking after our dog Seth. We would definitely come again as we really enjoyed our stay and I fell in love with East Brent.

Had such a great stay at Carole's place. She was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, who even gave us a whistle-stop tour of the surrounding area and dropped us off at a lovely pub. Ben is an amazing host - responsive and gave good recommendations for the local area. The property is situated in a stunning, quaint town but is close enough to make trips to both Bristol and Bath. The property itself is gorgeous and exactly how described. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and family 😊

The Airbnb was immaculate, Sharon provided everything we needed plus more! The welcome basket of goodies and bottle of bubbly was extremely generous. The hot tub was incredible, what a beautiful view and so peaceful. Sharon is a welcoming and really friendly host, made sure we had everything we needed and was quick with responses upon making the booking and any other questions we asked her. I would highly recommend this stay, it was perfect.

We had a great stay. A true home from home with everything that you could want being there and available. Gorgeous linen on the bed which was mega-comfortable as were the pillows. A bottle of milk, some water and orange juice were waiting our arrival together loads of tea bags and a lovely pack of biscuits. The heating was on and was perfect. The underfloor heating was a real treat. A private garden gate leads directly onto a public field for dog walking and also to the path to the pub - 2 minutes door to door. Ideally located for exploring Somerset and Wiltshire. We will definitely return to this fabulous hideaway.

Lovely weekend in Bath! Dan & Katie's garden flat in prime location, quick and easy access to centre of Bath and local amenities. I will certainly recommend to my friends and will be back again soon!

Tess has created a truly beautiful space, and she is the perfect host—friendly, helpful, and wonderfully communicative. The studio is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage for clothes, accessories, and shopping, making it feel spacious and uncluttered. The well-equipped kitchen made home-cooked meals effortless, and the little extras—tea, coffee, milk, and orange juice—were a lovely touch. Having a dedicated parking spot right outside added even more convenience. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!

It was lovely having our host close by in case we needed anything. Belinda was kind and lovely and made us feel very welcome. The property was exactly how described both written and pictures. The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. Where the property is situated was lovely, fields out the back and quiet too. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit this area, close to Bath, Bristol, Salisbury and many other areas. It would be lovely to stay there again.
