The Boc Suites, One-bedroom apartment

Our one-bedroom apartment is a delightful 49m2 room with capacity for two people. This spacious and finely appointed 1 room apartment features gorgeous décor in the double living room and dining room, to provide all comforts of home across 49 m2 of fully furnished elegant space. The apartment has a separate living room from the bedroom, equipped with a sofa bed, smart TV and a dining area. Living area feature of sofa converts into a comfortable bed, Smart Tv, dining area and full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, squeezer, coffee machine, separate from the bedroom and bathroom with comfortable walk-in rain shower. The bathroom, equipped with a rain shower, will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. The original balconies have been preserved to maintain the character of the building and with the floor to ceiling windows bring natural light in the apartment. Suite size 49 m2 Capacity 2 persons Sofa bed Kitchen full equipped Balcony Weekly maid service • Wi-Fi available • Complimentary laundry facilities Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an authorised person in charge. Minors between 16 and 18 years of age must bring a signed authorisation from their legal guardian(s). The cleaning team will make a visit every 7 days during your stay. The purpose of this visit is to clean, make sure everything is in good condition and water the plants in the accommodation. This visit is compulsory. The visit will take place in the morning and it is not necessary for you to be present.

The kitchen is designer, made to measure with sintered stone countertop and integrated appliances, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, small appliance (capsule coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle), complete kitchen utensils. The laundry room (washers and dryers) is on the ground floor of the building.

En 2004 nos enamoramos de Menorca y comenzamos el proyecto de La Cayena. Somos un alojamiento diferente, no nos consideramos un hotel, porque no contamos con zonas comunes ni recepción. Nuestras estancias son amplias y luminosas y ofrecemos una atención personalizada enfocada en los pequeños detalles. Estamos disponibles para vosotros vía móvil 24/7. Apartament a 200m de la platja, amb vistes a la mar i wifi en zones comuns. Consta d'ampli saló-menjador, cuina, bany privat i dormitori. També disposa d'una àmplia terrassa privada des d'on es contempla la famosa posta de sol eivissenca. Situat en una zona privilegiada Sant Antoni, molt tranquil però a prop de múltiples bars i restaurants. Situat en bloc turístic d'apartaments amb serveis. Hi ha un supermercat i restaurant a la banda.

Spectacular sea view apartment with hotel services

This large modern and light apartment is located within the Roc Hotel complex.( hotel closed mid Nov - mid March) It comfortably sleeps 4 people, comes fully equipped and guests benefit from the use of all hotel facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, gym, steam room, roof-top solarium, direct access to the sea with a short walk to a sandy beach. **PLEASE note the hotel complex is closed from mid November until mid March.**
