The villas are tucked in the heart of Bali’s trendiest and most popular area, Seminyak. They are situated in a very quiet and save residential area on Jl. Plawa, without any noise disturbance. Just 200 m leads you to the famous shopping street Jl. Seminyak and well known restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful Seminyak Beach. To Bintang supermarket it takes a 5 min walk, to Seminyak beach 15 min. The DAYAK Villas are within a 30 minute drive from Bali’s international airport. For availability of Villa Dayak and Villa Dayak-Asmat please refer to the corresponding Calendars. Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas Bali are built each on 500 m2 land size. The villas are completely independent and separated by a 2,5 m high wall. They look same, also the outside area, but are completely separated. Each villa has of course its own pool. So you can enjoy your full privacy. The Villas have a beautiful tropical adapted design, with a real personal original touch. A subtle combination of modern comfortable tropical living with a touch of antique ethnic art, creating a unique atmosphere secluded among lush manicured gardens. Each villa features two fully air-conditioned Bungalow-bedrooms, with queen size beds (180 cm x 200 cm), 2 beds for 4 guests. You will especially appreciate the en-suit bathrooms with its own beautiful tropical garden. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, offering large cupboards and views to the garden and swimming pool. They are decorated with taste and with nice combination of colors. Luxurious queen-size beds with comfortable pillows and high thread count sheets and mosquitos nets will contribute to your healthy, recuperating sleep. At Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas there is space and comfort. Each villa has a 60 m2 open-plan living area, with well equipped kitchen, separate dining and comfortable, romantic sitting space The living and the pool area are spacious and the infinity natural stone 3 x 10 m pool gives you an impression to have a piece of the ocean in your garden. To assure you optimal service our housekeeper and some of our staff are living in the staff quarter of the resort. The entire resort in monitored by CCTV. There are security cameras outside of the villa which will be checked by our security guard who stays less than 5 mins from the villa for your safety. Seminyak Village Shopping Mall is less than half the distance, while the many bars, cafes, and restaurants of Eat Street are within easy reach as well. The villa has plenty of parking for a car and several motor bikes. A short stroll up the lane to the main road (Jl Braban) that runs behind 'Eats street' (Jalan Laksamana) is an easy option to hail a blue cab. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door. Mr Sukra, the villa manager, will happily assist with organising any transportation requirements. We have a very reliable, bubbly and trustworthy nanny available upon request.
