dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

Splendid relaxing stay on top of a hill just above the sea. Family holiday in a private, traditional rustic style,2-storey villa of 160 m2 in a 1250 m2 garden with a 40 m2 swimming pool, ponds, bbq and many different options to sit and enjoy the wonderful view. All the facilities are for the exclusive use up to 6 visitors (+1baby) who enjoy to combine the calm and quiet of nature with the vivid options of the coastal front of Attica. Just an hour from center of Athens and 25 min from Airport.

Η “Caja De Anthea" με θερμαινόμενο τζακουζι βρίσκεται στην Αρτέμιδα (Λούτσα), 500m απο ήρεμη , αμμώδη παραλία. Διαθέτει εξωτερικό bbq και ξυλόφουρνο, τζάκι και θέρμανση. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες, θα σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Η Vila είναι ιδανική για επισκέπτες με ανταπόκριση (transit). Η τοποθεσία έχει άμεση προσβασιμότητα σε αεροδρόμιο (15' με αυτοκίνητο), από την έκθεση metropolitan expo (15’ με αυτοκίνητο), παραλία (8' με τα πόδια). Σε απόσταση 5’ υπάρχει φούρνος, μίνι μάρκετ.

Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μια τετραμελής οικογένεια ή 4 ενήλικες απολαμβάνοντας την ησυχία στην αυλή με την ιδιωτική πισίνα αλλά και την μινιμαλιστική διάθεση του εσωτερικού χώρου!Ο ιδιοκτήτης έφτιαξε και διακόσμησε το χώρο μόνος του σύμφωνα με το προσωπικό του στυλ και τις ανέσεις που θέλει να έχουν οι επισκέπτες του. Είναι πάντα σε επαφή μαζί σας και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστείτε!!

Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Acropolis Urban House

Fully renovated flat, in the center of Athens, just 10 minutes walk from Acropolis and Philopappos Hill. The apartment can accommodate comfortably 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen in case you explored everything Athens restaurants have to offer, feel free to prepare your own meals and enjoy a glass of wine in the dinning table or in the balcony looking at the magnificent Acropolis of Athens. Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.
