The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hot plate, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster. Can accommodate up to 2 persons( the 3rd person upon demand). SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

This small, yet quiet guesthouse is part of a private villa. It has its own entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette and full privacy. Only 15min from the international airport and 35min from Rafina port. Porto Rafti's beaches are at 1.5km. In the surrounding area there are plenty supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Ideal for those who travel and are looking for a quiet and comfortable accomodation!!!
