Maria Teresa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location with lots of great restaurants nearby and easy to get a taxi. The ceilings in the bathroom are short, so just take note if you are a tall person. But everything is a described and clean! Would stay again.

The location of this property is absolutely extraordinary. It is so glorious to walk out the door into a beautiful lush and verdant park full of trees and birds. Around the park are numerous laptop-friendly cafés, as well as pleasant restaurants for evening dining. It is an easy stroll to many lovely locations, and very centrally located for any car rides to other locations. I felt productive, nourished, and inspired there. The room was basic, but had the essentials. I’d stay there again.

El apartamento es bonito, tal como se ve en las fotos, lo entregaron bien aseado y con los implementos necesarios. Está ubicado en la parte alta de la Loma de San José por lo que si van en carro tengan en cuenta que el motor debe estar al 100 pues vimos varios carros que patinaban más con lluvia.

I really enjoyed staying at Mauricio's place. He speaks fluent English, is a nice guy, gave me lots of help and advice. It may not be a modern home, but it's spacious, clean, secure and has some cool communal areas like his back yard bar and chill out area. I really enjoyed his neighbourhood as it has everything you need, yet it is not too busy. Nearby there is the Pueblito Paisa and an amazing sports park, lots of friendly cafes and restaurants, Unicentro mall, and it felt very safe. Laureles is only a short walk away. I would definitely book this place again.

I spent 3 weeks at Carlos' place and felt like home every day of it. He's a very knowledgable, accommodating, helpful and generally a pleasant person. It is always fast and easy to communicate with him. The house, as the whole complex, is well-maintained, safe, spotless and pest free. Furniture inside is new and comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful artwork around the house make the place cozy and warm. There is no shortage of malls, restaurants, cafes or supermarkets within walking distance.

Great place. Everything is good, clean, well equipped, no noise, great curtains so no light. Shower working perfctly, great communication witth host, very well located, wonderful terrasse. Totally recommend it tbh.

Es una casa muy bonita en una ubicación perfecta para estar tranquila, es exactamente como las fotos! Además las camas son super cómodas todo limpio y perfecto, sin duda volvería a alquilarla vale la pena lo recomiendo 100%. Felipe muy atento en todo momento instrucciones claras para llegar a la casa, el hombre de seguridad de la entrada también fue muy amable en todo momento. Recomiendo esta propiedad si buscas un sitio tranquilo para desconectar y pasar un buen momento con tu familia o amigos.

No hay palabras para describir lo increíble que fue quedarnos en este bello apartamento. Es el mejor airbnb en el que hemos estado. Súper limpio, comodo, grande y con una vista que te deja sin aliento. Carlos es el mejor host, se preocupa mucho por uno y se asegura de que te sientas a gusto. El lugar es hermoso y es un area muy tranquila. Uno se siente en paz. Si vas a rentar este lugar, no lo pienses. En mi opinión el mejor area para quedarse en medellin. Tiene todo cerca. Farmacias, supermercados y restaurantes. Gracias por la experiencia Carlos. Definitivamente volvemos ☺️

The view from the balcony of the apartment building was outstanding. If you want that view of Medellin you see on the Internet, this is the perfect place. The neighborhood is perfect I enjoyed taking my morning walks and going to the local stores. The building has a gym, swimming pool and chill room. Clara was really nice we were able to check in early and. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment.

Incredible apartment in El Poblado, a lovely area in Medellin. The apartment was pure paradise with an insanely nice hot tub on the balcony and beautiful decor throughout. My partner and I stayed here 5 nights but it felt like home after 1! An absolute must stay in Medellin.
