This is a real and deep gastronomical experience where we eat and learn. Remember, ALL THE FOOD IS INCLUDED, you dont have to pay extra money! Depending on which fruits are in season, we will taste around 25 different varieties. In addition, we will walk the market’s venues which includes the outdoor floral area. Finally, there will be a fruit juice tasting that goes along with a traditional snack, the arepa. In this oportunity we do our own Coffee Farm Experience.We gonna take you to the montains behind bogota to the really local town of choachi. From there we'll drive a few minutes more untill we get to our organic coffee farm, there we'll meet local farmers and with them we have a traditional colombian breackfast, also we'll talk about what it means to be an organic coffee farm and the daily tasks of a farmer. Latter we take our cocos for pick coffee, we get inside the plantation and we learn about the coffee in a organic farm. We'll walk around the farm and take in the more than 8,000 coffee plants, we'll learn how to hand-pick coffee and process it; also depending of the season may we cant collect coffee but we will rousted coffe them in a really native and artisanal way. We go under the local fruits trees, the idea is to feel the coffee culture pretty close and discover the colombian coffee world. We'll process the coffee and end drinking more coffee in a diferent way of preparation, we go to te town just for eat the best traditional lunch and in the way back to the city, making brief stops to take pictures of the Paramos ecosystems and the picturesque Bogotá city skyline. Then we cross San Pacho´s Creek and Armadillo tail in search of Elephant Rock. it's just the beginning... In the way you will enjoy crossing rivers and creeks and watching birds. But we need to climb to the top of THE ELEPHANT ROCK... a privileged and exclusive place where we can see the beautiful cocora valley and the white waters of Quindio River. After enjoying the landscape, we will cross the mountain in search of the Puma corner and ELF FOREST. We will leave the horses outside to protect the plants and the wax palms that are born inside.
