A Little Bit of Heaven (SUP 18-007), with recent upgrades and remodeling, is a private guest home. Our community is a custom-home neighborhood. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Sierras in a serene setting, with the sounds of Mott Creek, beautiful views of the Carson Valley and Sierra Mountains, and easy access to Lake Tahoe, within a 15-20 minute drive. Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

This 3 bed/2 bath single level home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in the mountains. This is the perfect home for families to enjoy after a long day of adventure on the ski slopes or Lake. Home was recently updated with new vinyl wood floors. (Shown in additional photos)

From this house at the west end of Pioneer Trail, it’s a short drive to get on to Hwy 50 near Mayers. Nature abounds in the area with numerous forest trails for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing, with creeks, wildflowers and animal life along the way. High ceiling living room, squeaky-clean bathrooms, upgraded kitchen and interior.

Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

This super cute 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet sleeps up to 6 people and is very tastefully decorated giving a comfortable mountain vibe. This home is one story making it great for kids and grandparents alike. There is a detached WFH heated office that is perfect for those who are working from home and need a bit more privacy for meetings. This home is a fan favorite for a reason!
