La depandance è situata nel centro storico di Mascalucia, vicino a numerosi ristoranti e a pochi chilometri sia dal parco dell'Etna, distante 20 appena minuti, che dal centro di Catania e da Taormina. Allo stesso tempo si trova in un'oasi verde, all'interno del parco di una villa storica dei primi del Novecento. Alloggio adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie anche con bambini.
