Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. Inside it features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.
