We had an absolutely amazing time at Cristina's beautiful penthouse in the city center of Bologna. The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short walk from all of Bologna’s major attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with elegant décor that made us feel right at home. The rooms under the roof were cozy and full of character, and the terraces were a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire space was peaceful, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night after our adventures. Cristina and her daughter were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided us with great assistance during check-in and check-out, and even helped us with the car entry pass for the city center—super helpful! Bologna itself is a gem, with a vibrant, joyful atmosphere, and we truly loved experiencing the local way of life. We can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Het ziet er nog mooier uit dan op de foto's, met name savonds echt prachtig met de sfeervolle verlichting en het zwembad de mooie bloemen en het groene gras. Overdag kijk je hier ook op uit en beneden zie je dan het paard, pony, ezel en geit samen rond lopen in de wei. Diverse plaatsen om lekker te zitten of te eten, ieder heeft eigen meubelset met parasol bij het zwembad. De familie onderhoud alles perfect en zijn altijd vriendelijk en als er wat is behulpzaam. Er is zelfs een tafeltennis en voetbaltafel aanwezig. We zullen nog lang met plezier op ons verblijf terugkijken en wie weet komen we nog eens terug.

We picked this place to spend our Christmas and new year weeks with my 3 teenagers. Aleasandra and Tom made us feel like home. The place is beautiful, super comfortable (5 of us and had enough space to be very comfortable) and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The photos don’t make justice to the place, you feel in the middle of a movie or fairy tale. Alessandra and Tom were always always responsive, anticipating our needs and making the stay unforgettable. I would definitely return, and recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate and book this place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms and the kitchen fully equipped with brand new appliances and more than enough to cook a grand feast! One of a kind and a jewel no doubt!

Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima signora Adolfina che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sulla casa e sui dintorni. La casa è spaziosa, pulita, accogliente e completa di tutto. Il giardino è ben tenuto e abbiamo potuto godercelo sia noi che il nostro cane! Bellissima esperienza, da ripetere. Host consigliatissimo

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Tout était absolument parfait. Daniele a été exceptionnel pendant toute la durée du séjour, la communication très fluide. Le cadre est magnifique, la maison est pleine de charme. Nous avons passé d’excellents moments, spécialement lorsque nous avons eu la dégustation de pizzas! Bref tout était incroyable je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Mi sono trovata benissimo. La volontaria è super gentile e disponibile e inoltre l’alloggio è super pulito e con una grande attenzione ai particolari. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini che saranno entusiasti di conoscere tutti gli animali della fattoria.

בכמה משפטים אסכם , פשוט לא היה צריך להתאמץ בכדי שכולם יהיו מאושרים ויהנו . מארחים מהממים . בית ממוקם בשכונה שקטה ובטוחה. יש הליכה למרכז של עשר דקות - זה טוב . נהנינו מאד. תודה רבה .

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso 4 meravigliosi giorni nella casa di Andrea, posto meraviglioso e rilassante, immerso nel verde, silenzioso, ma comodo perché in 5/10 Min di auto si raggiungono tutti i servizi. Andrea è stato un host reattivo, amichevole e super disponibile, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Speriamo di tornarci, magari in estate, per gustarci ancora meglio il grande giardino.

Diego was extremely friendly, very welcoming, and responsive to every message I sent. He recommended a fantastic restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, if I return to Bologna, I will choose Diego’s apartment again.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Nach ein Paar Schritten ist man im wunderschönen Dorf. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen, um flexibel zu sein und die Gegend zu erkunden. Es hat überall viele Gratisparkplätze in der Region. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr untouristisch und ruhig. Ein Ausflug nach Pescia oder mit dem Zug von Pescia nach Florenz zu fahren ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Very close to the city center. Perfect place to stay at when you’re wanting to be close to the center and still have your space. Very friendly host!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Es war einfach traumhaft, die Häuser sind wundervoll, der Garten ist schön und der Pool ist super. Man hat sich den Pool mit den anderen geteilt, aber man hatte trotzdem Ruhe. Paola war super lieb, ihr Vater hat ebenso viel geholfen. Uns wurde vieles in der Gegend empfohlen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, wir können es wärmstens empfehlen

The house and the view are absolutely magical. Spacious terrace, huge pool, a garden that is so big you can play hide and seek in. If you’re looking for a very quiet getaway, this is the right place to be. Careful, there really is nothing around!

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

Siamo stati solo 3 giorni e purtroppo abbiamo incontrato cattivo tempo, ma questo non ci ha impedito di sfruttare l'immenso giardino che con due bambini piccoli è stata la salvezza🙂 La casa offre molti spazi (eravamo due famiglie) lasciando modo di avere la giusta tranquillità e privacy all'occorrenza. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la sua mamma, che abbiamo conosciuto prima di andarcene, è una signora molto simpatica e affabile.

Abbiamo fatto 4 notti a cavallo di Capodanno in 14 persone, la casa era splendida e corrispondeva perfettamente all'annuncio. Davide è stato un host fantastico: gentile, educato e premuroso.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Besonders gut hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge von einer kleinen Terrasse vor dem Appartement gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas abgelegen mitten im Grünen - ideal für alle die Erholung suchen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder zum Einkaufen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Städte wie Lucca, Pisa und Florenz sind gut erreichbar. 
Das Apartment ist genau wie abgebildet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche waren Gewürze und Öl vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
