There are a lot of nice routes to walk and the agean sea is only 5 km away. Our house is situated on a beautiful and peaceful site with impressive view at the old village. The village centre is 5 minutes walk away, and has a well-stocked Mini-Market, a pharmacy, bakeries and coffee shop, and tavernas. O Kipos offers easy access to beautiful beaches on both the Aegean and Attica coast. Zarakes Beach, with its celebrated taverna, is a 10 minute drive away.

Έχει 2 θάλασσες στα 5 χιλιόμετρα με όμορφες παραλίες για κολύμπι (Φυρνιακό και Αλμυροπόταμο). Γενικά το σπίτι προσφέρεται για λάτρεις της ηρεμίας και της φύσης. Ενδείκνυται πολύ για πεζοπορία μέσα στη φύση. Στα 300 μέτρα είναι το καινούργιο χωριό με ταβέρνες, καφετέρια, φαρμακείο, φούρνο και μικρό supermarket.

At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.
