The place was exactly as pictured—clean and without any surprises. Check-in was easy, even after dark, and Andy provided clear and helpful instructions. It's about a 20-minute drive to Sedona. A great spot for 2–3 people visiting the park.

This was our first ever RV experience, and it was great. This is operate much like a hotel, just with RVs and campers, rather than rooms. Our RV was very well equipped. And the staff was very friendly - especially the after hours staff. I called at almost 11:00 pm with the DUMBEST question, and the lovely person who answered the phone was so kind and understanding, even though I’m pretty sure I woke her up.

Went to Williams for overnight trail ride this space was great for our family we will be back and definitely stay more than one night

The air bnb was very clean, looked just like the photos. The RV site was really peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views during sunrise. Perfect place to stop and stay!

Loved everything about our stay here! Nice little 2 bed room apartment arranged inside RV trailer. Squeaky clean and spotless furniture. Heater worked well. Kitchen had all the equipments one would need. There was a private firepit and a barbecue station as well. we enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent stay! Will definitely come back and tell my friends about it. Come prepared but not so much… you will literally have everything you may need depending on your plans. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and how close everything is to the location.

I loved it here and Chuck is an amazing host. I would recommend to anyone!

My wife, Daughter and I stayed at Ben's Place for a week while visiting Grand Canyon National Park. We approached staying in an RV with a bit of trepidation, but quite a bit of curiosity as we are contemplating retirement and perhaps RV-ing around the country for a few years. Our stay removed any hesitancy, as Ben's Place had plenty of space, an expansive kitchen which we used daily, two bathrooms, and a large shower with an unlimited amount of hot water. Though our focus was on the Grand Canyon, just over 40 minutes away, Ben provided a park like environment for us to enjoy just outside of the RV. I would certainly consider staying at Ben's Place the next time we visit the Grand Canyon, but my wife promised that we would hike rim-to-rim trail as we never quite made it to the Colorado River this time, and there is much more to see down in the canyon. As an aside, our favorite hike was Hermit's Rest to Dripping Springs - a beautiful hike with water at the end. Thomas E. Shepherd

Loved the teepee, and the area was very quiet and peaceful! There was little to no light pollution, so the stars out there were gorgeous. I loved having the ability to light a fire in the teepee for the crisp nights, and the proximity to downtown Cottonwood was amazing. There was plenty to see and do in the area, and it was a fantastic place to stay if you're looking to not pay an arm and a leg inside the Sedona area. Vicky was so responsive at all hours and extremely kind. So grateful we found this nugget of gold!

We had a great time at Rob’s campsite! Perfect for our group of 10 with tons of space, picnic tables and firewood. Very quiet, peaceful and private. Rob was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be coming back!

Place was as listed. It is very quaint and a great adventure for someone who wants a rustic and off the beaten path place to stay.

This was a perfect place to stay, not far from Sedona and Jerome. Cozy space that was great for the two of us and our two dogs. The host, Wayne, was very helpful as this was our first stay in a camper and made sure we had everything we needed.

My 5 year old daughter LOVED the goats right across the dirt road from the RV!

Rock was very kind and informative! The tipi was clean and I loved the vibe. The area is also beautiful!

Great place to stay. Close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and solitude. Only issue was with the Wifi. Host is looking at an alternative system.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious RV. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the trailer, neighborhood, and cozy setting. Airstream was VERY comfortable and very clean. Loved the patio and gas fireplace, made having a fire in the evening easy, no wood to deal with. Neighborhood was VERY quiet and peaceful, felt VERY safe. Definitely would stay here again.

Fatima was very hospitable. The area was absolutely peaceful and serene. There were horses and chickens and children playing in the yard. Loved the sound of animals and laughter. She also has 3 adorable dogs that surprisingly don’t bark! They were friendly too! This place is surrounded by mountains and miles of empty plains. Very beautiful! As a side note: The walkway and stairs leading up to the trailer are a bit uneven and could be a challenge for the elderly or disabled, but it wasn’t a hinderance for us. The master bed is very firm and since I have back problem’s, I ended up sleeping in the recliner . I’m glad they had one ! At times it can be very windy causing a lot of noise in the trailer. We had headphones so that helped! Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend.
