This private self-contained unit occupies the entire top floor of a modern house in tree-lined Braddon with a stunning view of Mt Ainslie. It's a short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants on Lonsdale street, and another short walk to Canberra's CBD.

Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
