The Hut, a Self Contained Annex for 2 near Lincoln

The Hut at The Stables is close to the historic city of Lincoln with its many amazing attractions. It has access to the fabulous countryside with the city of Lincoln and the famous Lincolnshire Wolds nearby and the many local links to military aviation. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The village has a bus stop with links to Lincoln and Woodhall Spa and there are many pubs & restaurants in the local area. The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

A light open planned living space, with fitted kitchen, washing machine and fridge and cooker. Two comfy sofas, one of which is a bed settee, TV and Wi-fi . A dining table and chairs, complete this lovely holiday accommodation. Two large airy double bedrooms, with ample storage. A lovely walk in shower, complete with heated luxury towel rail. USB charging points throughout the property. It will be deep cleaned between guests , is self contained to ensure peace of mind with social distancing

Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Static Caravan on private garden

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, 3 flightless ducks and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.

The Old Coach House is fully equipped and offers you a warm welcome. It's warm bright and spacious with a homely feel. If you are looking for a high level of comfort and cleanliness The Old Coach House is for you. Please read previous guest reviews. Situated within a 10 minute river side walk into the centre of the historic market town of Kings Lynn. 10/15 minute drive away from Sandringham House the Queens Norfolk home and 20/25 minute drive to the popular sea side area of Hunstanton.

Cozy cottage near Lincoln and Showground

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

Stylish & spacious artist's home & garden

Most of this property is situated upstairs. It has 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. Located in the central conservation area of Reepham, near Lincoln, with off-road parking, this beautiful spacious apartment offers a comfortable place to stay, an ideal retreat for creatively interested & caring people. Below the living area is a former pottery workshop, which is not currently in use.

Dunster Lodge Cottage

Idyllic Grade 2* listed rural limestone cottage in the grounds of a lodge to Burton Hall, set in 1.8 acres of mature woodland. Wood-burning stove and seasoned logs included; well equipped kitchen. Located close to the historic cathedral city of Lincoln and it's university and ten minutes drive from the Lincolnshire Showground.

Rural Retreat set in a conservation area.

The cottage is over 300 yrs old and has had a complete renovation. The east wing is for our guests with garden and seating area. 10% discount for weekly stays. Price: 2 people sharing a king bed. (No twins ) £35 extra pp after 2 If 2 people stay and require 2 beds an extra £20 for bed linen/towels cleaning
