Cosy one bed guest house set in idyllic location

Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, the annexe at Tower Hill Barn Selattyn, provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 miles from the border town of Oswestry it provides an ideal base for walkers, with an abundance of local footpaths - Offa's Dyke is close by. The village of Selattyn is home to The Docks pub which serves excellent food and local beers. The property is not really suitable for children and regrettably we do not accept pets.

Converted outbuilding with double bed, kitchen, en-suite. Our property is in a quiet residential area on the rural outskirts of Wrexham. We are around 15 minutes from Chester and 40 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There are 3 great nature reserves within 5 minutes and Wrexham Football Club is 4 miles. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)

Llys Onnen - North Wales Holiday Cottage

Llys Onnen is located near the village of Graianrhyd in North Wales. The cottage is set within 3 acres of land & is home to our Chickens. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. There’s ample parking including an electric vehicle (EV) charging point.

Youhave your own field area which includes a fire-pit & stargazing seating section. 10 minutes from the historic town of Ruthin, 20 minutes from popular Llangollen.

Situated a stone's throw from one of the most picturesque racecourses in the country, The Nook is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day spent exploring. Furnished with all home comforts and your own private garden, you can simply savour the peace, or venture out to nearby Whitchurch or Chester for a spot of sightseeing and lunch. Alternatively why not take a walk to spot some wildlife along the River Dee. A welcome hamper is included and we're just next door if you need anything.

Oak Tree Hideaway offers the ultimate dog friendly boutique escape, with all the creature comforts you could wish for including luxury bedding and towels, and a smart TV for cosy evenings. The private garden, terrace and hot tub provide the perfect place to relax under the oak tree. Access beautiful countryside walks straight from your door or explore Chester and Shrewsbury, only a short drive away. Pheasant Barn is our other property at the same location has a hot tub and is dog friendly.

A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

This self contained annex is in the heart of Holt village next to the river Dee and the England/Wales border. It has all village amenities (pubs, shops, takeaways, post office) in walking distance. It is a great location to access Chester, Wrexham and North Wales. The annex is recently refurbished with a kitchenette and en suite. It is very comfortable, private and completely separate from the main house where the hosts live. It is opposite a bus stop where buses go to Chester and Wrexham.

Little Barn, all on one level and dog friendly.

Little Barn is a spacious cottage set in the courtyard of our home, offering country views from the lovely garden at the back, giving a quiet getaway with space to relax both in and outdoors. Dudleston Heath is situated near the small town of Ellesmere known for its beautiful mere, walks along the Shorpshire canal and quick access to the Welsh hills and county town of Shrewsbury. We welcome dogs and the property is very suitable for those who wish to be on one level.

This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.
