Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bright and airy apartment (Pigsty Cottage)

Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage in Poulshot, up to 5 pax❤

Welcome to Townsend Barn. The cottage is 5 mins from Devizes & easy to get to Bath, Avebury, Stonehenge, Longleat, Bristol and Salisbury. 𝗣𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝟮 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀. 𝗜𝗳 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀, 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟯 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds. In bedroom 2, there is also a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a bath and a HAND-shower. There is an open plan kitchen / sitting room, a TV and WiFi throughout.

Rutters Garden Cabin

Cabin set in delightful rural Wiltshire. Great for a cosy weekend away, to work from, visit family or just to enjoy beautiful Wiltshire. Close to the house, but not overlooked. Set in our lovely garden on a quiet no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV. Free off road parking. It takes about 20 min to walk into town. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins away from lake 32. We are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.

Luxury Secluded Farm Stay Shepherd Hut & Hot Tub

Escape to a beautifully secluded shepherd’s hut nestled beside peaceful woodland. With a wood-fired hot tub, on-site parking, sweeping views of the Salisbury Plains, it’s the perfect countryside retreat. Welcome hamper- milk, muesli, farm eggs, cake & marshmallows. Inside, enjoy a king-size pull-down bed under an amazing stargazing skylight, en-suite bathroom, space for yoga/pilates, and WiFi if you need to stay connected. Summerdale Annexe

‘Summerdale’ Well appointed private Annexe with own outdoor Courtyard. Summerdale is self-contained and well equipped with a double bed, own private entrance and driveway parking. It features an ensuite shower room, lounge area with Sky TV, kitchenette and private courtyard. The Annexe is a modern space with plenty of natural light and has many homely touches to make your stay comfortable, including hard and soft pillows, coat hangers with hanging space and USB charging points.

The Old Stables, a luxury country retreat for four

Nestled in the 1.65 acre grounds of a magnificent Georgian Old Rectory with sweeping lawns and stunning gardens, the Old Stables is within a 20 mile radius of Bath, Salisbury, Longleat, Marlborough, is 20 minutes drive from Stonehenge and on the edge of Salisbury Plain with its beautiful walks and cycle rides. Add to this a huge open plan living space, 2 beautiful bedrooms, underfloor heating throughout and exquisite decor, it's the perfect place to relax or work from home.

Private double bedroom in quiet village location

1 double bedroom (extra single bed available on request) with a private entrance. It stands in a courtyard behind gates which open onto a quiet road that leads to The Ridgeway and Salisbury Plain. There is off street parking in the courtyard which is part of a walled garden. The village is especially well provided with a range of shops including a Chemist, Butcher, Post Office and a Co-op which is open until 10.00pm. There is a Pub and two good take-away outlets.

Cosy Lex Cottage overlooking National Trust Lacock

A pretty 19th-century detached cottage set within a large rolling garden with shallow stream and summerhouse overlooking meadowland and stunning views over the National Trust medieval village of Lacock. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

Two Acres Lodge

A spacious, self contained 1 bed first floor apartment set in two acres of garden. Tucked away on a quiet village lane but within walking distance to the village pub, Indian restaurant, butchers and shop. Within close proximity to the historic city of Bath and the local market towns of Devizes, Marlborough, Chippenham, Melksham and Calne with regular bus links to all. Perfect for a short business trip, sightseeing or a relaxing break.

The Pigsty

Set in a lovely Wiltshire Village overlooking the Village Green, where local cricket is often played during the summer months . Close to the Market Towns of Devizes and Marlborough. A 15 minute walk from the K&A Canal. Only a 30 minute drive from the Cities of Bath and Salisbury. Ancient Avebury, Stonehenge, picturesque Lacock and Bradford on Avon near by. Many good local walks and only a short stroll to the local Pub.
