The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

The flat is just meters away from the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer, not to mention the Kings Theatre. The most beautiful beach in Southsea is a 10 minute walk away. The train station is a 10 minute walk to the other side. This flat will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Southsea.

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

We think our place is really special. In the centre of Cowes with everything on the doorstep makes it convenient and so easy with everything walkable. We love being part of the atmosphere of the world famous Cowes. We have two bedrooms, one with a lovely big cosy super king the other is a double with a single bunk above it.
