The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Humberston Fitties is a quiet and unique conservation site offering the chance to get away from it all. Fiddly Dee is a 'non party/events' holiday home as we welcome families and pets to enjoy the superb beaches, coastal walks and the adjacent RSPB nature reserve. The Fitties beach is dog friendly all year (there are restrictions in place on Cleethorpes beach) The coastline offers excellent opportunities for the more adventurous to enjoy Paddleboarding, Kite Surfing and other water sports.

Clean modernised 100 year old cottage with oil central heating, double glazed recently decorated. Used for family visitors and holiday makers. Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Unwind at this beautiful, newly built spacious suite with luxury fittings, superking bed and separate seating area, ensuite shower room, patio, and secure off street parking. Located in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk to the historic centre offering bars, restaurants, shops, etc. and to Flemingate shopping area, the historic Beverley Minster, and Beverley's Westwood Common & Racecourse. 10 minutes walk to train and bus stations, and a short drive to Hull, York and the coast.

Close to the Historic city of York, 19 miles, beautiful town of Beverley just 9 miles, Hull the City of Culture 2017 is 20 miles. 14 miles from the M62 The coast is approximately 35 miles away. The Apartment is located on the 2nd floor, access via stairs. Secure cycle storage is available.

At the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Legbourne offers ancient woodlands, two pubs, a village shop, a children’s play area and many countryside walks. "Seas The Day" incredible sea views

I cannot describe how amazing the views are from my place. The lounge and both bedrooms directly overlook the beach, sea and harbour, you couldn't be closer. With the beach, town and Bridlington Spa all within a few minutes walk you won't be short of things to do. An excellent base to enjoy Bridlington or to explore the glorious coasts of East and North Yorkishire.
