James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Anna’s place with our 6 month old and 4 year old children. The house was spacious, stylish and well equipped. My 4 year old loved playing with the duplo, dolls house, trampoline, football and books. It made the world of difference to have her entertained. There are lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby and, of course, the beautiful Southbourne beach which we visited every day. We would love to go back and highly recommend to other families.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

We had such a great stay at Celia’s home—it really suited our whole family, from grandparents in their 70s to the grandchild who is 4. The house was super clean, cosy, and really well thought out. There were toys and games that kept my son busy, and the space was easy for everyone to have their own space when needed, which made a big difference for us. It just felt like everything had been considered. The location was great too. There’s a lovely little park just a short walk away, which was perfect for morning strolls. The town centre is a bit further, but still walkable if you’re up for it—and if not, it’s a quick drive. Lots of restaurants nearby with a wide range of choices, so everyone found something they liked. The beachfront is also a longer walk, but easy to drive to and parking was no problem at all. It was a lovely place to stay—comfortable, family-friendly, and in a great spot. Exactly how it has been described by other reviews and photos. Would definitely come back!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

I was lucky enough to attend a conference at a local hotel and wanted somewhere to stay which would give me some privacy and peace and quiet, whilst being close enough to enable me to quickly walk to and from the hotel and local bars and restaurants. Marc's apartment was perfect ! As a regular user of Airbnb l, I can honestly say this was one of the best and most comprehensively equipped places I have stayed. It's beautifully appointed, has great views, a massive bed and everything you could possibly need. Thank you !

This is as our second time staying at Elizabeth’s place (first time in the flat upstairs which has 3 bedrooms). It is very close to where our son and family live, which is great and has everything we needed to have our 2 granddaughters over for a couple of sleepovers. They had a lovely time and enjoyed playing on the trampoline and swings in the garden. The flat itself is beautifully clean and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Liz.

Enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well equipped high quality kitchen, 2 floor apartment which is nice. Great private parking, Waitrose or M&S across the road, lovely pubs and shops on your doorstep.

Staying at this place was nice: the flat is very cosy, well-furnished, location is marvellous, just few minutes away from the seashore and city centre, though quite enough. All the amenities, incl. washing machine and dishwasher, are at place. In this regard, the flat is suitable for both - short-term and long-term stays (I did the latter and enjoyed it a lot). There could be some complexities with general cleaning (since it's optional and not very cheap), though the hosts are able to accommodate you (by providing e.g. clean bed linen on request). The hosts are responsive and open to help with and advise on anything, which is an additional plus!

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edward. It was very convenient for exploring the centre of Windsor on foot, and walking to the Castle, Eton, and the Long Walk. The accommodation was warm, clean, comfortable, reasonably spacious, and had everything we needed. The parking space, whilst not on the premises, was only a short distance away. It was behind another premise, in a secure, gated, carpark, which was reassuring, as we left our car there the whole stay.

Loved our stay at Amanda’s house. Close to the beach. Lovely and clean and garden was perfect for the kids!

The property is nicely situated for the centre of Southampton. It is ideal for 2 people, well decorated and furnished with all necessary amenities. We found it to be very clean and in a fairly quiet area with no traffic noise at night. There is off road parking too, the only proviso being that the driveway to the parking area is narrow so caution is needed when driving in and out.

Excellent host. Very responsive and well worth the price. I asked for an earlier checkin and they were more than happy to accommodate. There was scaffolding up around the building, but we were aware of this before and it didn't block the sea view. I would definitely recommend.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

True to the description and photos - the flat was great. Sleeping on the sofa was fine, not the most comfortable but fine for a night! It was quite noisy as there’s a Main Street below when trying to sleep but I felt it was the charm of the location! Matt was great with directions, instructions etc .

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Had a designated parking spot which was very handy. Lovely outdoor area and secure and safe. Photos were exact to what was excepted. Tony was quick at answering the phone when needed. Lovely place and feels like home. Perfect for our one night stay. Walking distance to what we needed. Was perfect.

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.
