Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

River Forge is self contained detached accommodation directly on the River Avon overlooking fields, the Cathedral beyond and only a short walk to the city centre. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Situated in a peaceful area of Wilton, the interior is pretty and cosy, you can also enjoy the garden which overlooks the river. The house is convenient for the town centre which has great cafes, independent shops, a bakers, convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also access to the countryside surrounding the town. Wilton is well sited for access to Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bath, The New Forest, The Jurassic Coast and the surrounding areas.
