This original Topanga cabin complete with brick floors and a turret room which is used as a yoga and meditation loft. It is a rustic space and best for people who enjoy nature & camping. Miles of state park trails are directly off of your private back deck. And the best beaches in CA are just minutes away! If you are physically unable to light a fire in a fireplace, please do not book.

This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
