Shared washer and dryer in garage racks storage space with backyard attached unit of 1 bedroom suite for our nephew (he has its own side gate entrance to his added unit, nothing else is shared indoor with you). Garage can park one additional sedan in case of advance notification, otherwise there are already 3 parking spaces here.
