Our stay was great. Lois fixed any issues we had immediately. I would definitely recommend!

We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

We loved the architectural details of the house, the beautiful surrounding foliage, and the sense of serenity and tranquility it evokes. We would have loved to stay longer if Airbnbs in LA weren’t so expensive. Communication with the host was excellent. All in all, a wonderful sanctuary!

The house has a spacious interior, the bed was comfy, the place was really clean, and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Easy to get to and conveniently located for an event I was attending in Calabasas.

This was such a perfect place for our stay in Hollywood. We could walk to lots of places and short drive to universal studios. The house had lots of stylish furniture and nice architectural features. It was homely and welcoming which suited us. It also felt safe and secure. Thank you Rosalyn. We would definitely recommend :)

The house was nice, and centrally located to the places that I needed to go during my visit. For the most part it was pretty quiet/peaceful. It is close to the highway so you do get some occasional road noise from people with really loud cars, but its not super often and we didn't really find it to be a major issue. We are both around 6' and did find the dining room chairs and couch to be kind of small. They just seemed to be designed for shorter/more average height people. Again, its not really a big deal. The bathrooms/showers are nice. It seemed like there might be a drainage/smell issue in the guest bathroom but it wasn't a huge deal. Leaving the window open and using the bathroom vent would generally take care of it. Uber/Amazon do have a hard time finding this house (I am not sure why). Frequently you will be dropped off at the neighbors address, or your orders will be sent there. It is what it is. Overall it was a great location/experience for what I needed.

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

The apartment is in a great location...just a few steps from the beach. Also has a magnificent kitchen.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Short drive to Santa Monica, Venice and restaurants in Marina Del Ray. Hollywood and Beverly Hills a bit longer of a drive but that was fine because we wanted to be close to the airport to make sure we didn't get stuck in traffic trying to make our 10am flight. Jordan was a superb host. He was quick to respond and very accommodating. If we find our way back to Cali again this will be my first choice...Thank you Jordan.

My husband and I recently spent ten days at Leticia's lovely home and highly recommend it! It is private, spacious ( a bonus is that it has TWO bathrooms!), beautifully decorated, has basic necessities for cooking in the large kitchen, very comfortable furnishings, and extremely clean. The location is on a quiet residential street that is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other destinations. Leticia was very quick to respond, kind, and helpful with regard to any questions that we had. Each day that we returned to the apartment, we felt like we were coming "home." We feel very lucky to have found this property and would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you, Leticia!

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

Bobby is GREAT! he was responsive at all times and understanding. The location was perfect, His home is beautiful and it accommodated my entire family. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Bobby and his property. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had the most stunning views. The host was brilliant—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Already thinking about when I can come back!

It was a beautiful and comfortable home! Nestled in the hills of a cute neighborhood with a great views. The pictures definitely describe the house. Stephen was an amazing host! He was always quick to respond to questions or inquiries. He was also helpful to suggest places and things to do in the area. Definitely a place we will stay again, if in the area.

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!
