There are 2 sets of stairs , 12 steps with stairslift in case you can't easily climb them. The 1st stairs lead to the dining area, the kitchen, living room & balcony. The 2nd stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms, the full bathroom, and a double mirrored closet . 30 minutes driving from the NY City, and 15 min walk to nearby restaurants and fun places.
