Private cabin/apt is for nature lovers, hikers, artists, writers, snowmobilers, xc-skiers, fatbikers, fisherman & more. Bald Eagles are a daily sight. The BEST AirBnB in Hollis- the most amenities. Historic 1 Bed/In Town/Best Location/Hot tub/deck

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS/SUMMERS in advanced. I only use this 1 bed to fill gaps when the larger listing for this home isn't rented (mostly midweek) Beautifully restored historic home, directly in town, steps away from the Pilgrims 1st settlement, ocean, award winning restaurants, historic attractions, shops, nightlife, entertainment, tours,ferries, etc. Directly on the town brook/gristmill. Deck with view, firepit, hot tub, grill. Comfortable/clean/cozy bed, working wood stove.

Direct lakefront with panoramic views of Wachusett Mountain (#1 skiing in MA). In the summer, enjoy the kayaks, canoe, paddle-boards, motor boat. In the winter, cozy up next to the fireplace and enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine. In the fall, gaze upon the breathtaking foliage from the sunroom. The Hideaway is a modern luxury suite located right in the center of it all. You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. Large 1 BR condo. This is a brick 3 story home & the rental condo is on the 1st floor only. Luxurious KING sized bed, work desk area, living room w/queen pull out bed, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen & priv deck/courtyard. Washer/dryer. Convenient walk to cafes & restaurants, Whole Foods, MBTA, Freedom Trail, Bunker Hill Monument, USS Constitution. Courtyard is broken down Dec-March & NO smoking in the house and NO smoking in courtyard. Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
