Beautiful Self Contained Annex in South Downs NP
This brick and flint barn has been converted to a smart modern annex separate to our house. Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. Coffee (Nespresso machine) and tea, bread and jams included.

Cow Shed - Barn
A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

A newly refurbished 2 bedroom family-friendly flat in central Southsea. The flat is self contained with your own private access and off-road parking. Situated on a leafy street in a quiet part of the City, close to all of Portsmouth's family friendly attractions including the Historic Dockyard, Seafront and beaches as well as Gunwharf Quays Shopping Centre. The flat has 2 bedrooms, the first with a King size bed and also a single daybed. The second has single bunk beds designed for children.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn
The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Funtington village B and B - Cartbarn Sleeps 5
Secluded self-contained apartment above cartbarn in pretty Sussex village close to Goodwood. Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. Additional annexe that sleeps 4+, so for big parties you can rent both!

The cosy Coach House at Ava Cottage is a new building nestled in an easy to reach rural area. The area has been described as a "pocket of tranquillity". In front of the coach house is a large recreational ground complete with cricket wicket and clubhouse. There are country views everywhere you look. Located just 1hr 20 mins from Gatwick and Heathrow airports. There are plenty of south coast attractions including Goodwood, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Gun-wharf and Spinnaker Tower.

Quaint Cosy Cottage in East Meon with access to Pubs, Shops, Historic Church and lots of country walks and access to South Downs National Park. It has public transport to both Petersfield and Winchester. This cottage benefits from 2 bedrooms, downstairs shower room/ toilet, kitchen and lounge with wood burning stove. With a view to a stream to the front and beautiful countryside to the rear. It has off road parking, lockable storage for bikes, small paved cottage garden.

The Woodshed
The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Fig Tree Cottage is a charming, book-filled hideaway in the beautiful harbour village of Emsworth, tucked between the sea and the South Downs. Just 4 minutes walk from the sea and the village centre, it could not be more conveniently situated. Tastefully and comfortably decorated, with a properly equipped kitchen, this little house will welcome you as a home from home.
