Walk the historic slate sidewalk to the park and downtown for shopping and dining. Minutes to many lakes and trails. Day trips to Killington, Woodstock, Lake George, Vergennes, & Rutland.

Pond View Retreat. Off-Grid, Rustic & Dog Friendly

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set amidst two stocked ponds and apple trees galore, with miles of trails and amazing views. Wood stove, firepit, outdoor fireplace, take your pick and pull up a chair. Firewood provided. Hike through fields and woods, discover the remains of old homesteads and watch for the abundant wildlife. Read a book, play games, toss another log on the fire, or burger on the grill. Head to the Battenkill to float or fish, go antiquing or do nothing at all.

Lakefront gem

A great location on a peaceful lake. Located on a private peninsula, this lovely home includes a 12x12 floating dock, a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddle board for use. Fishing poles are also available for use in this great fishing spot! There is a hammock, a Weber grill, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax around the gas and/or wood fire pit (firewood available) on the large stone patio. Inside includes an open floorplan, a stone fireplace, and a sunroom overlooking the lake.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Less than 45 minute to multiple ski spots! Beautiful home with spectacular Eastern view of Western Vermont mountains. Large, brand new hot tub that fits 7 people. Billiards room. While being beautifully secluded, there is quick and easy access to Battenkill Creamery and Farm Store, R.S. Taylor and Sons Brewery, and Hick's Orchard to name a few. Please note: there is a large TV on the lower level across from the pool table.
