We’ve been coming to Schroon for 18 years, so have a lot of experience with cabin rentals in the area. The outdoor space at Sally’s is stunning, with sunsets that never got old! Though the property is just off the road, it was quiet and very private, as the front of the cabin and outdoor space face the pristine shoreline. The cabin is rustic and cozy in all the good ways, & the beds are so, SO comfortable! We cooked most of our meals in, which made it nice to have such a beautiful view from the kitchen window. The Adirondack Store is within walking/biking distance, which made it fun to dine in for breakfast before heading out for a day of hiking/mountain biking/fishing/ADK Extreme/exploring. Whatever our daytime activities were, we made sure to back at the cabin to cook, take an evening swim & view the gorgeous sunsets. There were a few household mishaps beyond our host’s control, but she maintained good communication, promptly addressing the issues. We hope to stay here again!

This Airbnb was set up perfectly for the group I traveled with. We had plenty of space to spread out, comfy beds, and a great kitchen. The hot tub was an awesome bonus - shout-out to Airbnb manager Ashley for going out of her way to get it set up for us. We were ski racing at West Mountain and the home was conveniently located to the mountain. Would highly recommend it.

We had a great weekend at Lindsay's and John cabin. It was very clean, well equipped and conveniently close to Gore Mountain. We would return without any doubt. Thanks Lindsay and John for sharing your place with us.

Perfection for my adult children, nephews, grandson, dog to come together for a wonderful long weekend. Home is clean and large but comfy bc you’re all together in the well appointed kitchen/ dining and living area. Rooms are spacious with plenty of beds, linens and towels. Close to Gore for skiing. Saturday spent in Lake George where there is plenty to see in the winter! 30 min away. We definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying again

Very nice place, convenient location and nice amenities. There were ants coming through the back of the house and there weren’t any cleaning supplies (i.e. brooms) but it was a great place nonetheless.

We recently spent 2 nights and 3 days at this stunning cabin with close friends and family, and it exceeded all expectations. The space was much larger than we anticipated and absolutely beautiful. The hot tub, movie theater, and game room were the perfect escape and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly respectful and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. We really appreciated the detailed instructions, maps, and updates on road conditions—it made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Thank you. This cabin is ideal for any kind of getaway, whether you're with friends or family. We had such a great time and will absolutely be back for another stay. Highly recommended!

We fell in love with the cabin and area. Our larger family does a snowboarding trip every year and while we try to go to different places we all loved Shannon's home, Gore mountain and the local surrounding towns. We are already planning a return. The home was impeccably furnished, squeaky clean and had a ton of activities to do, inside and out. It was so lovable it was tough to leave.

Our stay at Luxe Logs was fantastic. To start, Todd shared a very comprehensive welcome guide in advance that was easy to follow and very helpful in getting acquainted with the property. Todd even proactively provided us early check-in without our asking. The property itself was wonderful and perfectly located for Adirondack activities. You really felt like you were deep in the woods, but still just a 5 minute drive to Gore for skiing and less than 10 minutes to town and restaurants. The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was the perfect balance of quaint/rustic and modern/luxury. After a long day of skiing, the sitting area was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed with appliances, cookware, and probably the most spices I've seen at an AirBnB. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and we honestly couldn't think of any complaints. Would 100% stay again.

Todd was an excellent host. He was clear and informative about check in/out and the cabin amenities. We had a great time staying at Todd’s place. It was very cute and quite comfortable. The area was close to the main area in Lake George and also peaceful and pretty. I would be happy to stay here again. Thanks, Todd! :)

had a great stay here. We lost power for a few hours and the hosts were great about keeping us updated with the electric/internet. more than helpful with ideas of things to do. House is beautiful and so extremely relaxing. The well water tasted fine. We had a really great stay and will definitely come back, but in the summer time.

This was a wonderful vacation experience on every level. The house was beautiful, very clean and so so cozy-- we immediately felt at home. Kerri and Dave were very kind and responsive hosts. All instructions were easy and clear, and they were very generous in the use of their extra amenities (beach toys, boats, towels, etc.). The area is gorgeous, with lots to do, from the lake beach to nearby amusement parks to local hikes. Our family had a wonderful time-- I highly recommend staying at Kerri's and Dave's!

Ashley’s Grizzly Bear Lodge was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious, three bedrooms plus a loft, and a large living room. Super easy to check in and Ashley was easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. Right down the road from the beach at lake George. She even left a full smores kit for us! Great host. Great listing. We will certainly book this lodge again for our next Lake George trip!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Michelle and John’s house. It was a great space for all of us with opportunities to play pool, darts and fuse ball. The gathering spaces were large enough and open so that everyone could be involved in conversations as we cooked, relaxed and ate. It was very cozy with the wood burning stove and many places to sit and relax. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Michelle and John were very responsive to any questions we had and left very detailed instructions for our stay. It was very quiet and private, but also close to many things if you want to venture out.

I can’t say enough how thoughtful Mark and his family were in digging my car out of the snow after GPS directed me past Marks cabin which was thoroughly plowed. Wonderful and kind people. Old school bare bones cabin perfect for a peaceful night before heading to High Peaks for hiking.

We had a wonderful stay — the house was quiet, peaceful and on a beautiful property. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home. Very short drive to downtown Bolton Landing or the Lake George area and tons of great hikes only minutes away. Looking forward to coming back soon.

We picked Molly cabin for our ski trip to Gore mountain. We couldn’t pick better, we had a 7 minutes drive to the mountain and most important we stayed at the place that felt like home. Clean , spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen was fully equipped . It was so nice to get the little welcome note with local coffee and chocolates ( that my kids loved). We would definitely go back.

Cute cabin, clean. It was great that firewood was supplied on site so we could have a little camp fire. We had a nice weekend away.

My husband, myself and pup absolutely loved our stay. It was incredibly peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It was as expected from the listing and the other reviews! But no one in the reviews mentioned certain things so I will just to help others if considering staying here (definitely stay here). Firstly if you aren’t planning on grilling all your meals I highly recommend bringing a single or double burner cooktop (like a Coleman or Eureka) and don’t forget your pots and pans (we assumed there would be at least one and there wasn’t and a round trip to purchase said pan was an hour so learn from us!). Secondly don’t forget a flashlight in case the outdoor solar lights aren’t working (they only turned on for about an hour our first night and not at all the second) and it’s very dark at night so you’ll need something when going to the outhouse. There is one provided but if there are two of you then bring one. Finally, if you cook a lot you make a lot of dishes so bring extra water!

Alexandra’s place was awesome. The cabin was immaculate and very cozy. If you want to get away, then this is the place to go!! Alexandra was very helpful as well. Winter or Summer, this is the place you need to go!

Michael’s Airbnb was very comfortable and peaceful. It was a great location when hiking both Hadley and Spruce fire towers. We enjoyed the bonus to be able to walk to Lake Luzerne.

The place was a great stay; the hosts were fast and efficient with their communication. It’s super modern and private; absolutely adore it. Overall, super cozy vibes, and we would totally return !

We spent our time droning around the area, capturing stunning landscapes, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The location was unbeatable—secluded enough to feel like a retreat, yet close to great spots for flying and filming. The cabin itself? Rustic, charming, and just right. Cozy without feeling cramped, and full of character with its wooden accents and warm ambiance. After a full day of exploring, it was the perfect place to recharge. Amenities? Simple but solid. Comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and enough space to spread out our gear. The host? Fantastic. Responsive and clearly passionate about making guests feel at home. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. My son and I made great memories here, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with easy access to outdoor adventures. We’ll be back for sure.

My family and I loved our stay at the cabin! It was perfect for a private getaway with our kids. The views and creek are beautiful. It was perfect for hiking and enjoying the outdoors. The cabin itself was cozy, private, clean, and felt like home. Kerri was quick to respond to any concerns we had and was super accommodating for check in/out! We loved it and wish we could go back for the summer months.
