In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! 't Huys is on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, sitting and dining area and bathroom. The attractive decor and spacious rooms bring cosiness and maximum relaxation. You can make use of a wellness area with rain shower, sauna and wood-fired hot tub at additional charge. 't Huys can accomodate 2 adults and up to 3 children.

Cet hébergement élégant est parfait pour les groupes de 4 personnes entièrement privé. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre principale est une suite spacieuse, qui donne sur le jardin. Les plafonds sont hauts. Le centre historique de Gand se trouve à 10 minutes. On se trouve à 40 km de Bruges. Dans le quartier ont y trouve une dizaine de bars, restaurants dans un rayon de 500m. La boulangerie se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Le parking est privé et gratuit.

Our house is located on the border of a residential area in the woods of Hertsberge, very close to Bruges, Gent, Flanders's fields and the coast. One part of the house is where we live, the other part is the one we rent out. Newly redecorated.
