Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

La Dolce Vita is located in South Walton's newest upscale development, Prominence, beside Watersound!! Golf cart and 2 Bikes included! The unit is close to the 5,000 square foot zero entry pool that has cabanas. La Dolce Vita is a spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse that sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and a maximum of 4 children. The Hub is located right across the street which has many places to eat and shop. Tesla charger included. Exterior cameras on property.

This room has its own washer/dryer. It also has a Cafe and a heated pool on the property!
