McDrifty’s hide-a-way is a great place for spring break, with Public Access #65 a few blocks away, the beach wagon and furniture provided made it very easy to get to the beach. The house is exactly as described, and in a great location if you are ok with having to drive just a few minutes to things instead of walk. With the home being close to restaurants, bars and the beach we rarely felt the need to drive. Jessica is by far, the best host I have ever worked with on AIRBNB, she responds fast, is happy to help with issues, and does not make you feel like a burden but rather a friend. You will not regret staying here during your time in PCB.

We enjoyed our stay in Jerry’s place on Miramar Beach. Jerry was very responsive and his onsite property manager handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. The property was as described and landscaped nicely. Very pet friendly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and you can walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. We were there for 4 weeks. We happened to be there for the historic snow of 2025 and it made it fun!

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

Aimee’s bungalow could not have been more perfect for a relaxing couples getaway for my husband and myself and our two best friends! Location was so nice, close to the beach and easily accessible to Alys/Rosemary! We got ample usage from provided bikes, beach towels and chairs, and we are very grateful for those provisions! The house is decorated perfectly and felt cozy and chic. We spent a lot of time in the dreamy backyard oasis, it was all divine. Thank you, Aimee!

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

This is a great location! It is a really nice place very close to the beach and great for bike riders. The internet had stability issues, but this is not the fault of the host, it has more to do with the provider. I would definitely stay here again, but people need to realize that there are a lot of stairs in this house, not a problem for most people, but people with mobility issues or with small children need to be aware. The hosts were very responsive to questions and concerns, so I would recommend this location. There was construction going on next door, very close to this house due to the nature of a resort area and how close houses are built. It was very loud, but again, this is not the fault of the host and will be done at some point, but it was extremely loud during all working hours including Saturday. All in all I would definitely recommend this location and these hosts, just trying to give an honest perspective.

The Bleu was great. Very clean and comfortable. Met Bonnie while we were there. Very personable and asked if we needed anything making sure our stay was 5 star. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We visited during spring break and enjoyed our stay at Marcie’s place! We’ve stayed in the complex once before in a different unit and we preferred hers. It is at the back of the complex but that did not make the walk any longer than an additional minute than the last unit we stayed in. She was quick to respond and let us know ahead of time that we could have an early check in (which was very appreciated since we were driving in and it was storming). Our only negative was that we kept forgetting to take Moses on our adventures! Now we’ll have to stay again so we can include him! Thanks again, Marcie! :)

Pretty much was as expected only thing was the two beds are in the same room. Wasn’t thrilled about that but that was probably my misunderstanding and we made it work. Everything we needed was there. Great stay.

Place was very nice and clean. Outside patio was a great place to hangout. Close walk to beach and short drive to restaurants and stores.

Excellent location! Close to Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s and more. Condo was appointed well with kitchen items, games/books/movies, and pool/beach items. Bed was very comfortable and the laundry was right outside the door. Host was responsive and it’s a great spot for a family of 4!

I really enjoyed this place. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is awesome and so helpful. The overall experience was one that I would definitely want again.

Listing was as pictured. Beautiful views, clean, had everything you would need. Only complaint I have is our power went out for 6 hrs and when I contacted the host for compensation for that night the host didn’t want to offer compensation whatsoever. I do understand it is not the host’s fault that the power went out but it was definitely a inconvenience, it was late at night so it was dark, we couldn’t charge phones or take a shower, cook, watch tv, my elderly father couldn’t use his breathing machine etc but other than that in general i would recommend. It was a great stay minus that night.

literally my only issue is there were no blankets for my kids to use when sleeping on the sofa bed but everything else was perfect!

Great place to stay, just a short walk to the beach. Well equipped with kitchen, washing and beach facilities all extensive. A few minor issues such as the door lock not working but they were resolved promptly

This was our second time staying at Yvette’s place. We absolutely LOVE coming to stay here. It is steps from the beach. Yvette is a wonderful host, her place has the best atmosphere, and it is very clean. Her handwritten welcome notes make us feel like we are right at home! We can’t wait for our future stays!

Great place, the children’s room was awesome it was equipped with toys and had their own tv too. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes made things so much easier. The baby necessities were definitely a huge plus and a huge help.

Perfect setting for my twin’s 16th Birthday! Very easy check in. We had an early flight and very little sleep the night before so when we arrived early the cleaning crew told us to go ahead in as soon as they were done. We had planned on lunch and a beach walk but it was so nice to get a quick Power Nap in before heading out. So many conveniences that were greatly appreciated; different size baggies, some spices, a sewing kit (which came in handy), spf and solarcaine, ironing board, and many more! It’s a quick walk to the beach and it was perfect white sugar sand! Absolutely Perfect! Thank you Kim Marie for your hospitality 🩷

Rebecca was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and always pleasant. The location is a beautiful, peaceful site, and the condo was excellent.

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

My kids and I had a wonderful, relaxing, entertaining weekend. We were able to bond and enjoy family time within the sitting of our choice. Inside of a beautiful home that was fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. We will be booking our next stay here without a doubt. Love the surroundings, people we came across were all so friendly, all the activities you have available to you within this location, and the Beach is literally right across the street.
