BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

Kialea's place was clean and comfortable. We really liked the location. The condo is close to beaches, so many restaurants, Silversands and quick access to 30A. We highly recommend Kialea's place for all these reasons.

Yari was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my (not always needed) questions. Lol. Was a great time. We had everything we needed. Great location. 5 min walk to shoppes at grand blvd. 100% would donut again.

Everything from check-in directions and surroundings to peace and privacy was perfect!!! The entire space was very clean like the pics and the balcony and location was better than pictures could describe. The family friendly village was an added bonus that made our trip wonderful.

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

A beautiful clean condo with amazing views of the Gulf out every window. Great location right across the beach, walkable to coffee or restaurants, rentables like scooters, bikes and golf carts. Plenty of amenities for all ages… my teens played pickle ball many times which was a couple of minute walk to the courts, safe parking. Heated pool and two huge hot tubs, order from the on-site restaurant and have it delivered to the pool. Carroll was quick to answer questions and so accommodating. Super comfortable surroundings and especially comfy beds. No issues with hot water for many showers a day with all 5 of us. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Would 100% recommend and will come back for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect setting for my twin’s 16th Birthday! Very easy check in. We had an early flight and very little sleep the night before so when we arrived early the cleaning crew told us to go ahead in as soon as they were done. We had planned on lunch and a beach walk but it was so nice to get a quick Power Nap in before heading out. So many conveniences that were greatly appreciated; different size baggies, some spices, a sewing kit (which came in handy), spf and solarcaine, ironing board, and many more! It’s a quick walk to the beach and it was perfect white sugar sand! Absolutely Perfect! Thank you Kim Marie for your hospitality 🩷

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

My kids and I had a wonderful, relaxing, entertaining weekend. We were able to bond and enjoy family time within the sitting of our choice. Inside of a beautiful home that was fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. We will be booking our next stay here without a doubt. Love the surroundings, people we came across were all so friendly, all the activities you have available to you within this location, and the Beach is literally right across the street.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Location was great and the home was clean and comfortable. Beach was a quick walk across the street and we also easily rented a golf cart.

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

The place was as listed, very cool and in a great location! Just a short bike ride to the beach!

We’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others looking to stay in the Sandestin golf resort community. This area is very golf cart friendly with lots of shopping and restaurants just a golf cart ride, quick drive or longer walk away. The home has a great amount of space for our family and was very comfortable. The host was super responsive and provided a lot of helpful recommendations too. We’d definitely book again!

Alaina was super responsive about helping us get access early. The beach toys and chairs were also a great addition so we didn’t have to drive it. With 5 kids and 4 adults (two families) it was great to have the two king beds for both sets of adults so it felt like no one was getting a “lesser” room. It has basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner and soap for each room. While 10-15 minutes from seaside proper, the space is quiet and never felt too far away from stuff to do!

We had an amazing stay and loved the location. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Highly recommend!

Our family absolutely loved this place! Very clean! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bikes and beach equipment were a nice touch. The golf cart was such a great amenity and super convenient for short trips. It was nice being so close to The Big Chill which had plenty for our little one to do. The double french doors really opened up the downstairs and the showers had super hot water for days! (Wife really appreciated that!) All in all, great location and very pleased with 30A Beach Girls keeping communication. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.
