The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Al piano primo bagno e zona notte composta da letto matrimoniale e letto singolo; al piano terra accogliente soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e TV 55'', moderna cucina con piano cottura a induzione e zona pranzo. Da qui si accede all'esterno, composto da giardino, zona relax e zona pranzo, dove è possibile usufruire del barbecue.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. Una cucina abitale con tavolo adatto per 4 persone, una camera da letto in un simpatico soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Al piano terra un pratico bagno completo con doccia e un divano letto dove rilassarsi ma che all'occorrenza ospita comodamente altre persone al pernotto.

The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
