A unique and modern studio located in the heart of Santa Monica, California! We are locator 1.5 miles from Santa Monica and Venice beaches with trendy shopping and restaurant destinations nearby! The studio is newly renovated with its own separate/private entrance, an updated kitchen, mini refrigerator, TV, WIFI, a Queen size bed, an extra fold-out/futon bed, shower, closet, luggage storing space, and more. The Studio is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of street parking.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

This light and bright Mar Vista home is located in a great neighborhood. With easy access to restaurants and cafes on Washington Blvd & Venice Blvd. Marina Del Rey and Venice/Santa Monica beach is only about a 10/15 minute drive away, with public transportation literally around the corner.
