I have a very beautiful and peaceful apartment that is situated in Kalamaja neighborhood, 10 minutes on foot from the seaside and the port, the main railway station and the old town, the cultural area of Telliskivi and the modern design Balti market. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the views, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples with one kid and solo adventurers.

Shopping center and beach in walkable distance. There is double beds in both bedrooms and openable couch in the living room. Ask for any equipment for kids. Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

Spacious two bedroom apartment in Telliskivi area is perfect for families or friends. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, museums and shops in walking distance. For the kids we have private playground in the backyard. 24/7 check-in via smart lock system and free parking on the premises. PLEASE NOTE: starting March 2025, there will be some construction work in next building during weekdays, but we’re unsure of the duration. We appreciate your understanding!

You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden.
