Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

You will enjoy a living area of 175m2 as well as a spacious garden with all facilities to grill and eat outdoor. It is a located in a green and residential area north of Stockholm close to a natural reserve and a lake. The environment is peaceful and you will still be within 15 minutes reach of City center by public transport or car.

Med bara 100 meter till närmsta badbrygga är ett svalkande bad, en tur med SUP eller på vintern en skridskotur sjön med ett bad i vår hot tube. En underbar lantlig oas 20 minuter ifrån Stockholm city och 5 min till nordens bästa galleria Täby Centrum-så när stadens puls lockar är även den enkel att ta sig till.
