Lisa was always quick with a reply. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame allowed us more time to enjoy Paris rather than getting to those locations on the Metro each day.

The neighborhood is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful and authentic in Paris, and Carol's apartment reflects what, for me as an Italian, Paris is: romantic, charming, unpretentious, yet cozy, and furnished with simplicity, taste, and plants __ A delightful friend of Carol showed us how to access the apartment and described the house to us. We had a wonderful time!

The apartment is in a great location. It’s easily walkable to nice shops and restaurants, and about a 25 min walk to the Notre Dame. We are a family of 4 with two young girls and it was perfect for what we needed.

Amazing week in Paris at Stephanie’s apartment. Amazingly located to the high end area by St Germain des près. The apartment was perfect for my daughter, and felt so peaceful despite its location. We loved that we could walk to Le Bon Marché in 10mn or the Seine and Le pont des Arts and Louvre in 10mn too, brilliant place to explore the city, in fact we walked everywhere by foot! The appartement was also beautifully decorated and felt special.

This is my husband’s first trip in Paris. The location is excellent for tourists. We walked to many landmarks. it’s next to metro and bus stations. We are very cautious people but feel very safe walking around any time of the day. We do like to cook breakfast and this kitchen has everything we need. Isabelle et Hervé’s home is as beautiful as pictured. The beds are very comfortable. Beddings and towels smell very fresh. They went over and beyond stocked refrigerator with essentials, eggs, milk, cheese for an easy start of our day after long trip. Love the croissants! All the appliances are working great. Although they didn’t mention it on the list, coffee is provided as well. As we have been in numerous places I feel the thoughtfulness of the this host is truly exceptional. We totally enjoyed our stay, we are very grateful to Isabelle and Herve for their hospitality. Merci.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, propre, calme et doté d’une bonne literie. Accès rapide aux transports (place de la Nation), Métro Avron, Alexandre Dumas et aux commodités. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, que nous remercions. Je recommande vivement ce bien.

A must stay location, eclectic decor with wonderful Alexa technology for lighting. Very warm and inviting. Perfect location, attentive and accommodating host. We would definitely book again. If you come, bring sheets and pillowcases. Only bottom sheet provided. Otherwise pillow shams and duvet covers only. Five stars all the way.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Stephane and Marie’s place and can’t say enough about how special their apartment is. The photos don’t do it justice. Marie met us and showed us into the apt. She let us leave our bags there early while it was being cleaned. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet. We each had our own beautiful bed & bath, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is small but well equipped for our 4 night stay. The local neighborhood was very walkable and a stones throw to the Luxembourg Gardens. We easily caught Uber’s right in front of our place. The apt. was our serenity after a days worth of seeing the sights and shopping in a very crowded Paris! Merci Marie et Stephane!

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in the Le Marais neighborhood. This is a very private and quiet street with everything you could possibly want within minutes including a fabulous grocery/wine store just across the way! The entire apartment was much larger than we would normally encounter on European visits, especially the bathrooms (one with a huge shower and functioning towel warmer, the other with natural light!). Although there was too much to do in Paris to stay in the apartment long, it was such a treat to wake up to sunshine bathing us from the oversized windows. A rare find indeed. Check-in was fast and efficient, and we appreciated being met by someone who could answer our questions and help us get oriented. Whether you need two bedrooms, and an extra place to keep your suitcases stored, or three bedrooms, don’t waste your time, looking or a more comfortable and well situated apartment in this area! Thank you, James. We will return!😍

Mehdii was a great guest, communicated very well, explained in detail all about the apartment, so that our arrival and stay was smooth and comfortable. The apartment is very nice, as on the pictures, located in a very nice neighborhood, easy to access Paris center. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Paris!

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Anne, et tout s’est encore une fois très bien passé. Le logement est confortable, propre, et très bien situé. Anne est une hôte très flexible, toujours disponible et arrangeante. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent — une vraie perle sur Airbnb ! Je recommande vivement.

Unsere Gastgeberin Sophie war immer super erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Gegend war schön (besonders das Zentrum Alesia von Montrouge) und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Die Anbindung Buse und Metro waren ebenfalls gut. Vielen Dank

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement exactement comme présenté avec tous les appareils fonctionnels. Karim est un hôte extrêmement réactif et consciencieux, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! Le logement est au calme, bien décoré et conforme aux photos ! Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour se détendre. Un grand merci à Karine et Julien qui sont très réactifs et accueillants ! Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un moment de détente.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux ! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : le jacuzzi et le sauna offrent un vrai moment de détente, et la terrasse est tout simplement splendide. Tout était parfaitement propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les délicates attentions laissées par l’hôte pour célébrer notre mariage civil, cela nous a beaucoup touchés et a rendu ce moment encore plus spécial. Nous avons adoré chaque minute passée ici et repartons reposés et ravis. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ✨

This apartment is located on the beautiful island of Saint Louis in the middle of the Seine in downtown Paris, within a 7 minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. We loved being close (or within a short metro ride) to all the Paris sites and having the peace and quiet of the walkable island, with restaurants, grocery store, and Metro station nearby. The apartment is well appointed and beautifully decorated with art showcased on the walls. We did have some difficulty with the master bath shower leaking water under the shower door onto the marble floor which became quite slippery. Although the second bedroom has a small shower in the corner, everyone in our party preferred to use the somewhat larger master bathroom shower. There is only one toilet for the apartment located off the living room. It was not an issue for us, but just want to note this. Xavier was a fabulous host, always responsive and helpful with local recommendations! This was much appreciated! We had a great stay!
