It has a private parking in the gated garden and is located at the second floor (no lift) of a nice building right in the center of the town of Maslianico at only 1 km from Cernobbio (in front of us there’s the bus stop). It’s the right place to stay for every kind of trip you want to make. The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

Hi!My family happily decided to rent the apartment under our attic. It is a huge space, with large living room, eat-in kitchen,2 bathrooms and a tiny balcony overlooking the courtyard. We offer 2 double rooms,1 private and one on the mezzanine and a single room (double on request). We are in the city center, a pleasant area, 5 minutes from the lake and one step away from restaurants and shops.
