Great Lake view and delighted to stay there.

Our family and friends stayed during Masters week and appreciated the quiet, relaxing location that was only about an hours drive to Augusta, GA. It made for a quick morning commute without much traffic and allowed us to hop on the express way for a straightforward drive. The house offers plenty of rooms for multiple guests, and was exactly as described in the photos and other reviews! They did a great job welcoming us, offered suggestions on other activities to do in the area while we were in town. Our two friends who stayed with us made good use of the kayaks as well for some lake boating. It was so peaceful we didn't run into any other families, even though there are plenty of surrounding houses - the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and anyone wanting a private upstairs master suite will love this location! Chris and his co-hosts were also incredibly responsive, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely consider this as a place to stay during The Masters!

.We hosted our family of 10 Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. Kids loved the kayaks and the dock. We took a pontoon boat ride with Captain Kenny- highly recommend.

My family and I loved this home at Lake Glenville! It had everything we needed. The views were incredible, and we really enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, riding the pedal boat, building campfires, and relaxing in the hot tub. We booked a boat tour with Lake Glenville Scenic Waterfall Cruises with Captain Mark. We saw a bald Eagle and the baby’s nest. We would gladly stay here again and hope to come in the fall sometime to see the foliage. I didn’t want to leave. Happ’s Place restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the shops in Cashiers and downtown Highlands, as well as hiking to a few waterfalls.

My family greatly enjoyed our stay at Lindsay's home! The lake was gorgeous! The kids loved kayaking and paddle boarding. Home was as described. Lindsay was helpful when I had questions about the area...and was quick to help resolve the one issue we had(with the washing machine).

This house has it all. We had a mix of sunshine and rain during our stay, but that didn't stop this house from entertaining. Everything was set up well, instructions were clear and the host had great communication. Absolutely zero complaints and hope to revisit sometime

Amanda and her husband maintained a really good property here it was clean well laid out well lit everything was functioning with a few problems we had as far as drainage of the drain. She was already working on. She was flexible as far as my family coming to town to visit with a sick relative for the holidaysoverall, just a great visit highly recommend Amanda and her family.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at this charming cottage. The private pond was such a serene backdrop — perfect for morning coffee, reading on the porch, or just soaking in the quiet. The home itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. You can tell the hosts really care about creating a special experience. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little slice of calm in South Carolina!

My wife and I had a very relaxing visit to South Carolina, the cottage is right on the point at lake Murray, the view is so peaceful and it was a great gift for my 65th birthday...everything was available to do on the lake..the only problem was it went by to fast,we would highly recommend it for anyone needing a clean ,beautiful place to vacation. We really enjoyed staying at Debbie's place. It was just what we needed. We were able to relax and enjoy the calm scenery and we really enjoyed the kayaks. Debbie was available for anything we needed and the place is just as described. Clean and gorgeous view of the lake. Definitely recommend staying here.

Jeffreys lakehouse was absolutely incredible. The view is perfect and we had a wonderful time out on the lake. Would highly recommend!

This property was fantastic, as was the communication with host, Dylan. The house was quaint, well decorated and most importantly, spotless when we showed arrived. When confirming check-out instructions, the host responded within minutes and made our exit as smooth and painless as possible. House is in a quiet, beautiful part of the Georgia mountains with delicious lake-side food less than a 10 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved this house and it was perfect for the weekend away that we needed. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend this property to anybody interested. The Lake house was one of the quietest and most peaceful air b-and-b's we have stayed at. The new back deck is the highlight of the lake cabin. The rest of the cabin is fully equipped and functional, but we hardly left the back deck. With its fenced in area and gate was perfect for the dog. The kayaks and dock are a nice addition. It is located close to good dining at Micas restaurant and Whiteside brewery. We came for the hiking in Panthertown area. We will be back again.

Was a beautiful location and cabin. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer, communal spaces were adorable and had an amazing view. Only tiny complaint was that the hot tub water was a bit dirty, otherwise fantastic!

Joann/Monique, is an outstanding and incredibly responsive host—warm, thoughtful, and accommodating, even when we had last-minute changes. The cabin itself is spectacular, with breathtaking views of the lake and a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegant touches. Every detail is thoughtfully considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the array of activities right at your fingertips. Whether you’re relaxing by the water, cooking up a meal, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, everything you need is right there. This place is a true gem and an ideal retreat for all ages. It’s rare to find a stay where both the host and the setting are equally lovely. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, or simply enjoy a beautiful piece of the world.

We stayed at Lizard Lodge for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing only better in person! We loved the location and how peaceful the surroundings of the cabin were. Enjoyed walking down to the lake and fishing a bit. Enjoyed the fire pit one night and enjoyed the hot tub twice and sitting on the swing down on the dock and on the front porch. Enjoyed having dinner on the back deck and watching the birds. Saw beautiful cardinals every day. The beds were very comfortable - slept great! Most of all, I can’t say enough about Sabir and co-host, Jennifer. They were very helpful and responded to any questions we had extremely quickly. This cabin was perfect for my family and they all agree how beautiful and comfortable it was. I would not hesitate to stay at Lizard Lodge again!

The 5-star hype is legit! Tom's place was exactly what I was looking for and needed! Tom was very proactive with communication from reservation to check-in to check-out. Not a single problem or issue during my stay. So peaceful and tranquil right on the lake. Absolutely would recommend for anyone to stay here, just not on the days I reserve it for because I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Tom for everything!
