The apartment was amazing, super clean and new and a very great location (walking distance from the skilift). The host was super friendly. Would highly recommend this place!

Unser Aufenthalt in Katharinas Wohnung war super. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Katharina war eine sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin.

Giuliana e Giorgio sono persone squisite, amichevoli e sempre disponibili. L' appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Trento, davvero comodo per visitare i mercatini di Natale. Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort!

Das erste mal auf fahren läst einem fast das Herz stehen. Kurvige enge Bergstraße mit traumhafter Aussicht. An das fahren gewöhnt man sich schnell. Zur herzlichen Begrüsung gehörte auch noch eine super leckere Flasche eigenen Apfelsaft im Kühlschrank.... Die Wohnung ligt unter der Wohnung der Besitzer.... und Absprachen haben jederzeit schnell und einfach funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafräume und ist mehr als ausreichend für eine Familie mit einem oder zwei Kindern. Innenliegendes Badezimmer mit Wanne ist ebenfalls großzügig. Nur muss man nach dem Duschen oder Baden das Licht noch einige Zeit anlassen damit der Abzug die Feuchtigkeit weg bekommt. Küche hat alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht.... Sogar eine Spülmaschine!! (Mikrowelle gibt es nicht.... aber braucht man das? Wir haben sie nicht vermisst.) Im Haus wird gelebt, Nachts hört man maximal die Dorfkatzen oder das plätschern des Regens und das grollen des Donners. Auch Touren können direkt am Haus starten.

We definitely loved the place. It is perfect for a couple who seeks independence and being close to La Villa’s lift and equipment rental shops. It’s also walking distance from the local CONAD supermarket and pharmacy.

Era la prima che con la mia famiglia,mi affacciavo nel mondo del trekking ed avendo due bimbe piccole (rispettivamente 6 e 3 anni),cercavo una soluzione abbastanza autonoma che mi permettesse di provare a fare belle escursioni ,ma al contempo trascorrere bei momenti di tranquillità. Ebbene da Victoria e Vita abbiamo trovato il connubio perfetto. Escursioni a partire proprio dal loro residence,quindi a portata di mano e senza dover per forza prendere l'auto,e per il relax l'adiacente lago con le sue spiaggette rigorosamente libere e la comoda piscina interna utilizzabile 24 H. c'è un comodo parcheggio interno. Tra gli spazi del loro curato giardino troviamo due aree barbecue accessoriate,un area gioco bimbi e un tavolo da ping pong. L'alloggio corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione,era pulito e corredato di tutto lo stretto necessario per il bagno,la cucina,lenzuola ed asciugamani. E per qualsiasi domanda gli host sono sempre gentili ed a disposizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

My wife, baby, and I recently had the pleasure of staying in your remarkable 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Italian Dolomite's. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enamored by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of your accommodation. Your apartment's location couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomites, we were treated to spectacular views from every window. It was an ideal starting point for our daily hikes and adventures in the region. We felt like we were in a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The one-bedroom layout was spacious and well-appointed, giving us plenty of room to relax with our little one. We were constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The Dolomites are truly a world-class destination.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche und ein Bequemes Bett. Sauber und ohne unnötigem Kram. Der praktische Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, von wo aus die Wohnung einfach erreichbar ist, rundet das Wohlfühlpaket ab. Die Schule gegenüber hat zwischen 10-11 Uhr Pause, da gibt es natürlich Geräusche aber ansonsten gibt es da keine Unannehmlichkeiten wegen der Lage. Sehr praktisch sind auch die zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine etwa 10, die andere vielleicht 100 Meter vom Wohnungszugang entfernt.

This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

Es war alles super sauber und makellos! Check-in war flexibel. 20 min braucht man zu Fuß in die Stadt, was aber (auch mit Kindern) super easy war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man mit Kindern anreist, sollte man wissen dass die Treppen sehr steil sind. Unsere Kinder waren aber alt genug, somit kein Problem. Definitiv eine Unterkunft die man empfehlen kann. Riva del Garda ist eine super hübsche Stadt und eine Reise wert !

Casa molto accogliente, vista meravigliosa e in posizione strategica. Lontano dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 min percorrendo una fantastica strada panoramica. Cinzia, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità e consiglio. Super consigliato!!!!

Świetne miejsce, żeby odpocząć i skorzystać z zimowych atrakcji regionu. Duży plus za wygodne łóżka i czystość. Elisabeth była bardzo pomocna. Warto się tu zatrzymać.

Sin duda una muy buena opción a la hora de visitar una parte de Dolomitas, la casa de Ennio es perfecta y cómoda, tiene cubiertas todas las necesidades que puedas tener y está en un lugar muy bonito! Sin duda repetiría 100% Especial mención a los bizcochos que prepara Ennio ♥️

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Liebe Daniela, 4 Tage waren wir bei dir und es hat uns so super gefallen das wir auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum,sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge im Pool einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder einen Aufenthalt bei euch machen, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Sehr lecker auch euer selbstgemachter Honig und der leckere Schnaps. Vielen Dank für alles und das wir da sein durften und vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben. The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

Siamo stati da Carlo per un fine settimana di relax e devo dire veramente un bel appartamento in una bella zona, comodo a tutto…l’unica pecca la pulizia, si potrebbe migliorare abbiamo trovato qualche pelo/capello anche dentro all’idromassaggio, ma non un livello esagerato,una cosa tranquilla insomma…host molto gentile,molto chiaro nel consigliarti e darti indicazioni varie… una buona esperienza

Absolutely dont think of anything else when visiting Dolomites (Western part). Diana's place is very central in Ortisei you can walk anywhere from there. The town itself is already pretty and a perfect base if you want to explore Seceda / Alpe di Siusi / or even Selva. With Diana's apartment, bus stop is stone throw's away and is located in the main street. Food and supermarket are very near. You can easily cook anything in the apartment and run to grocery store if need anything. If you dont want to excessively spend money for food this is perfect. Room is very cozy and have anything that you need from jacuzzi to pristine kitchen. Sudtirol bus card is also provided and will really help you navigate through South Tyrol. We're really satisfied and really hoping to come back soon to visit Dolomites in Diana's place.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours chez Stefania. C’était parfait. Malcesine est un très beau village avec beaucoup de charme.

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations.
