Close to public transport, shops & restaurants, it's just 12 min bus or car ride to Emporia shopping center and Hyllie station with easy access to Denmark and airport. Här välkomnas ni till ett nyrenoverat hus med stora sällskapsutrymmen, fullt utrustat kök och mysig uteplats med grillmöjligheter samt parkering På ovanvåningen finns 2 sovrum samt ett allrum med totalt 10 sängar. 1 badrum samt 1 extra gästtoalett. Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet. Rökning är ej tillåten.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

I gäststugan finns allt du behöver för en din vistelse, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabbt wifi, köksvrå, dusch och badrum. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.
