Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

La casa, di origini antichissime e unica nel suo genere ha una struttura divisa su più livelli di modesta metratura con ambienti originali e suggestivi. A livello strada troviamo l'ingresso sul salottino e un bagno con terrazzo. Salendo la scala si accede alla zona notte con 1 camera matrimoniale con vista sulla vallata e 1 singola open space con letto a castello e finestra sul borgo. Al piano inferiore la cucina completa di elettrodomestici da accesso al giardino esclusivo e riservato.

Located within the Borgo Santa Maria Farmhouse, immersed in the green countryside of the Umbrian countryside, a stone's throw from Tuscany, this house is the ideal place to spend a holiday of nature and art tourism. La piscina comunale si trova a pochi passi dalla casa. Lugnano in Teverina è nella valle del Tevere, area ricca di storia e natura.
