Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

L'agriturismo, recentemente ristrutturato ed un tempo utilizzato per conservare il fieno, costituisce oggi il luogo ideale per un soggiorno di coppia, ma anche per famiglie o amici. Gli oliveti ed i vigneti dell'azienda di famiglia circondano completamente il podere.

L'atmosfera catturerà i vostri cuori, rendendo questo luogo perfetto per una fuga romantica. Il rifugio è adatto anche a gruppi, potendo ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone. Casa con vista all'Abetone

La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due piccole con letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale). Lenzuola e asciugamani NON sono presenti. Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e deposito sci. Area verde di proprietà. Ottima in estate per chi ama tranquillità e natura, ideale nel periodo invernale per chi ama sciare (impianti di risalita a 50 m).

This 2-storey property that offers wonderful mountain views consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people (one bedroom has a single bed). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
