Perfect spot so close to the beach, cafes and busy Darby street without being noisy. Apartment was very clean and comfy. Much more spacious than the place seems in the photos but still had a homely feel. We were very happy here and would stay again!

Rose's place is filled with light; it is warm and welcoming. Everything works and is well put together. We felt immediately welcome and comfortable.

Beautiful location, 2min walk to the Avalon shopping area, which has everything you would need great restaurants. Only 5min walk to Avalon Beach which also has an ocean pool. There are some great lookouts and hiking tracks nearby too. There was on-site parking for 1 car and plenty of easy street parking if you have a second car. The airbnb is located on the 2nd floor of Jan's house, with a private stairs entrance (would not be accessible for a wheelchair user). The airbnb had all the amenities you would need including a full kitchen and there was a washer and dryer which was handy! The airbnb was relatively clean, some areas could have a more thorough clean though. Good communication. Thank you Jan

We had an excellent stay at TURTLES. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, has a stunning view and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Thank you, Donna, for hosting my friends and I, and for being so responsive to any questions we had!

We stayed for a weekend (2 nights) and had the most wonderful time. The views were absolutely stunning, so serene and peaceful, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine on the balcony. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, from the beautiful amenities to the little touches like beach bags and umbrellas, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Jonathan’s place is in an unbeatable location—right on the beach and just a short walk to shops, cafes, Coles, and the heart of town. He was incredibly accommodating to our family, and we really appreciated his great local cafe recommendations. The sound of the ocean was the perfect backdrop throughout our stay. The property was spacious and very clean when we checked in. The view of the ocean from the property was something we all enjoyed. Being so close to the beach also added to the fun. Yong Hui was extremely responsive when we i initially had trouble accessing the property. He was also accommodating of the request for some extra time after 10 am ( usual check out time) to check out as i was feeding my 10 month old. Loved the property and would highly recommend it

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at Copa Capri. This house was the incredibly equip for young families - we felt like it was our own little beach house and settled right in. The kitchen was very well stocked and nothing was missed. Check in and out was super easy. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. Greg and Gretta were super helpful and responsive. Location was perfectly and a short stroll to the gorgeous shores of Copacobana beach where we enjoyed a splash with the kids. The backyard was a grey place to soak in the sun and play some outdoor games, coming from the city with zero backyard this was a welcome treat and a great place for our annual Easter egg hunt. Thank you for hosting a memorable stay!

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Loved our stay, was very quirky, clean and comfortable. It’s a quintessential Aussie beach shack with plenty of space and fitted out with everything you could want or need & lots of unique touches. The yard is extremely secure for any pets and walking distance to the beach, the dog park and cafes. Would highly recommend !!!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. It’s like your own private beach oasis right on the doorstep of Blacksmiths Beach and Granny’s Pool. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax for dinner in complete privacy. The amenities are modern and everything you need - we didn’t want to leave! Easily the best place to stay in Blacksmiths!

We loved our stay at this property. Tracey was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to check in and settle in well before we arrived. Our main reason for booking was that it was close to family we were visiting but it was a great location for getting out in the evening and getting to the local beaches. If we come to Australia to visit family again we would definitely be a return customer.

We had a wonderful stay at Black Zinc, a very comfortable accommodation and so close to the beach. The place was well equipped and very clean. Amazing views and a very tranquil setting.

It was our second time at Ally’s Umina and cannot fault the place. Place is very clean and well equipped, relaxing in the spa. Robbie is a wonderful and responsive host, providing guides and suggestions during our stay. Sit outside and you’ll feel the serenity just listening to birds and the sound when wind blew past the trees. Ally’s Umina Oasis is highly recommended place to stay in Central Coast. Soo and Biswanath were the ultimate hosts in welcoming us into their home. They found the optimal balance between supporting and advising us whilst at the same time respecting our privacy and ability to come and go to meet family nearby!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Extremely cozy and a great area!

A beautiful unit finished and appointed to a very high standard. The unit is especially homely and only a few minutes walk to Avalon village. The location is ideally located also the nearby locality with lots of beaches, cafes and places of interest close by. We loved our time at this unit.

Lovely location to get to shops and beach. House was fresh and pretty inside. Lovely patio and wonderful sunlit home. Xanthe was super responsive when we suggested a few improvements to kitchen utensils.

Definitely recommend staying here, we will be rebooking in the future
