The Saddlery Cottage

Beautiful converted cottage in the grounds of an historic Victorian country house in rural Wales. Wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, stunning views of the Black Mountains. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, garden-lovers, or horse-riders of all ages. Just 450 yards on a private drive through the estate from a barn which sleeps 8 (see 'Eco-Barn in the Brecon Beacons'). Ideal also for larger gatherings. Dogs welcome; a maximum of two permitted. The cottage is located on a 19th century country house estate of about 10 acres of gardens, lawns and woods. There are three bedrooms - a double ensuite on the ground floor, and two upstairs bedrooms (two doubles, one can be made up as twin beds) that share a large bathroom. A double-height kitchen and an open plan living/dining area with a banquette, a woodburning stove, two large comfy sofas and fabulous views. One side of the cottage looks onto a cobbled stable yard, and the other onto its own garden, then beyond that parkland, Llangorse Lake and the Black Mountains. Fabulous restaurants and farm shops are within a short drive as well as the lake, with boating facilities, beautiful walks out of your front door, and great biking trails. An all-around perfect location for a peaceful holiday in rural Wales. The cottage has its own entrance and parking, also its own garden with a table and chairs. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds of Treberfydd House, and are free to bring up to two pets. My husband and I and our family live a couple of minutes' walk from the Saddlery, and are available to help with any questions guests may have. Completely rural idyll - Perfect for those who want to escape the city and drink in the joys of the countryside. You would need a car to get around. Wellies are recommended, and good walking gear advisable for the hills. Booking is normally for a minimum of three nights. Between November and and March we offer a special rate for a Friday + Saturday booking with a late checkout of 4.30pm on Sunday. Please contact us for details. South wing & tree house, Llwyn Onn Barn, Brecon Bs

Our C17th stone barn home with self-contained guest wing & tree house, is set in woodland high up, with stunning views of the Brecon Beacons. We are close to Pen y Fan, the spectacular 4-waterfall walk & many others, caves, and a popular area for cyclists, with Bike Park Wales & Zip World Tower nearby. Dogs welcome, (2 max). Ideal for small families. (Please read the notes below thoroughly). Maximum group size is 4 plus babies. Because the main living spaces are not large enough for more.

Y Cwtch - Lovely new studio apartment

Brand new private apartment alongside and partly attached to back of house to sleep 2 people. Parking with private entrance via side gate to apartment to the back of the house. Kitchen facilities fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster/halogen oven as well as en-suite shower/toilet. Just 10 minutes walking distance to Bridgend town centre for mainline rail and bus stations. Cardiff 20 minutes/Swansea 20 minutes. Great beaches/Mountain scenery close by as well as a good golf course and driving range.

Llia Cysglyd

Llia Cysglyd is a beautifully appointed self contained annex. With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

Short Breaks Mon-Fri (4nights) or Fri-Mon (3nights) You can book longer but change over is always Friday or Monday We also have another cottage 2 doors from here sleeping 4. See Canyon Cottage We are located in a very scenic location, Waterfall country in Brecon Beacons National Park. There is a huge free waterfall trail network is on the doorstep. Zip world, Bike Park Wales, Pen y fan, National show caves are close. Theres three pubs with restaurants in the village centre a 10 min walk.

Warm & welcoming studio

Just ten minutes drive from Cardiff centre. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

The Stables, stylishly renovated is an idyllic cottage hideaway in the heart of the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. Ideal as a base to explore the Mid Wales lakes and mountains, a romantic weekend, or just to relax. Just 10 minutes from the town of Brecon with its historic cathedral, yet only an hour from Cardiff; the cultural hub of Wales. Romance Under The Stars

A beautifully restored Victorian railway carriage hand-crafted by Graham from local hillside timber with star gazing clear roof above the bed. Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. Cosy Country Cottage Two Bedroom Annex (The Cwtch)

'The Cwtch' at Dan y Coed is set in the small village of Gilwern near to Crickhowell and Abergavenny. The 200 year old cottage is set on a quiet country lane in the heart of the Brecon Beacons . ‘The Cwtch’ is an annex on the right side of the property. A private part of the house, it does however share the main entrance only. Its self catering with fridge, microwave toaster and a cooker . Old Miners Cottage, Abercanaid

This bright and modern old miners cottage is a self contained home which includes 3 bedrooms and a practical bathroom on the first floor. Meanwhile the ground floor contains a kitchen and a large living/dining area with lots of light. The garden includes a lock up area for 6 bikes, where padlocks can be added as well as a place to sit to have a drink and relax. WIFI is FREE! We are perfectly located for Bike Park Wales, Brecon Beacons, Merthyr Rising, etc.

Close to Bike Park Wales and the Brecon Beacons. 3 bedroom house with a Spacious lounge and kitchen dining area. Train and bus stops are only 200 yards away. Large rear garden with patio and parking for 2 vehicles behind an electric roller door. Wash area available for those muddy bikes. Fully equipped kitchen. Superfast reliable broadband. Bikes can be stored indoors in the kitchen/diner area. CCTV covering front and back of the property. Dog friendly.
