Very close to Christian Science Plaza, Prudential Center, restaurants, bars, Fenway Park, plenty of local stores and more. This small and beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment includes everything you'll need for your stay.

Centrally located penthouse unit in the heart of Boston SouthEnd. Abundance of sunlight, spacious living area, and open kitchen will make your stay a unique and charming experience in a historically preserved area. The place is a comfortable and spacious one bedroom, 1st floor apartment. It is Loft-style with a large deck, incl. outdoor seating. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic South End of Boston. Ideal starting point to explore the city. Many major tourist attractions, sports arenas, Universities, top Bars/Restaurants, Bike rental, T-/Train-/Bus-Stations are within a few minutes walking or Uber. This newly renovated private studio is ready to welcome you! This unit has 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa, a desk, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer. It is the lower level of a historic 1800s Bostonian house, recently renovated. It has its own separate entrance. Great location! Conveniently located in Bay Village next to the Boston Public Garden, the studio is close to Downtown, Theater district, Chinatown, Beacon Hill, Back Bay, and South End!
