New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. With a roll top bath, mezzanine bed with large star gazing window and Woodburning stove. During your stay you’ll be free to roam our piece of the valley that flows down to a river with waterfalls. Hen Efail has spacious rooms, yet maintains a cozy country feel with exposed beams/stonework and wood burning stove. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and pets.

Y Bwthyn is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Beudy, it is a two level converted stone building . It has a lounge, log burner & dining area and a narrow spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom with a private bathroom, shower, bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen leads off to the king size bedroom with ensuite. There is a south facing private enclosed garden with grass and patio area with beautiful views. There is 5 acres of our land for you to explore and enjoy.

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

We are close to many of the areas best attractions including the Ceredigion coastal path, numerous stunning beaches, Fantasy Farm, the award winnings harbour towns of Aberaeron and New Quay and the University towns of Lampeter and the beautiful Aberystywth. We are very central within the county of Ceredigion.

Treflyn Barn is dog friendly, fully self contained holiday let. The Barn overlooks the Cors Caron Nature Reserve and backs onto the edge of the Cambrian Mountains. The property has oil fired central heating and an electric oven. Parking is in the barn courtyard. The barn is set on a hill with great views and offers a place of tranquillity.
