My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Kim's place. The location is excellent because of the views and its proximity to the city part of Asheville. Runners, be advised it's hilly terrain all around if you want to go for a run (the views are worth the achy legs though). Kim was a wonderful host - very communicative and resolved a few unexpected hiccups in a very reasonable manner. I would book again if I found myself back in the area!

Absolutely loved staying here! The cabin felt secluded and private while being convenient to hiking, restaurants, and other amenities. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. I will absolutely stay here again :)

Excellent stay in a unique home! Set in the woods, this one room home is a unique experience. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a convenient location near Black Mountain and Asheville. I highly recommend staying.

Great cottage get away! It really felt like our own little cottage in Asheville. The location is private and out of the city, but still close enough to enjoy Asheville. The cottage was clean and well stocked. The host were quick to respond and made check in, extending our stay, and check out easy and hassel free. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Asheville!

Perfect location to visit our son at college. It is the perfect size and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops in a beautiful small town. We enjoyed our visit and will book again in the future.

Cheryl was so kind and great at responding. We arrived late and had to get on the road fairly early but the area was very nice. I wish we were there at a warmer time and had more time to explore the area and enjoy the other amenities they offered. We hope to come back in the summer time!

Adam was a great host. His tiny home was clean, comfortable and cozy with all the amenities needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but within a very shirt drive to town. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the songbirds. My sister and I had a lovely stay in the tiny home and are happy to recommend Adam as a host. Thank you for hosting us!

My husband and I were celebrating 5 years of marriage, and Sunny Side Up made our weekend magical…everything from the adorable tiny home, comfy bed, and relaxing hot tub to the panoramic views left us feeling pampered and refreshed. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years, and this is now one of our favorites. And it’s only 10 minutes from Brevard!

This was the best AirBnB I've ever stayed at, and the one I'm 100% sure I want to return to. It was peaceful and private, but I knew Laura was nearby if I needed anything, which made me feel very safe. The trails on the property were extremely well marked and very enjoyable to hike. The inside of the house was beautiful, VERY clean, and also homey/comfortable. What a combo. She had all the kitchen supplies I could imagine, and the linens were so wonderful. It was really just the best.

My mom and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were in town to check out the Tiny home communities here and in Flat Rock. Loved that we could walk over to the other side of this community via the bridge over the creek and explore the other homes as well as it was just a short drive away to visit another tiny home community in Flat Rock. Place was clean, peaceful and enjoyable. We loved starting our mornings on the front porch with coffee, Walking around the community or sitting on the couch chatting. We were just a short drive away to Hendersonville and the surrounding area. Enjoyed the shops and dining in Hendersonville, nearby looking glass falls, town of Brevard and exploring the general area. Stephanie keeps the place nicely stocked with nice extras such as coffee pods, creamer and even teas. Lap blankets for those chilly mornings, games to play and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds were super comfy. Lovely stay and Stephanie was quick to respond to any questions.

My husband and I booked Susan’s place for my husband’s birthday weekend. It was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! It was very cozy and private and secluded, but you could get to places in town, restaurants, hiking trails, just about anything you can think of, within 15-30 minutes! The cabin was very clean and had everything you would ever need! Susan was very responsive, answering my questions right away, and was very helpful with things to do and places to go! The area around Brevard, is absolutely gorgeous, and has a ton of outdoor things to do and see! We plan on coming back, and we hope to stay at Susan’s cabin again!!

A beautiful and peaceful places in the mountains, can’t wait to return!

My wife and I are active outdoor enthusiasts so being this close to the hiking and biking trails near this mecha-trail system of eastern USA was so clutch! We are also dog owners and having a clean and organized place for them to stay during the day while we biked was super clutch. Gerry has thought of everything for dog owners but also has a great setup for mountain bikers as we were allowed to lock our bikes in the shed overnight. We live in a tiny home ourselves so the space was stress and clutter free from useless items making it a weekend of reprieve. The porch was under advertised of how spacious it was for items to be kept out of the rain and for enjoying family time while grilling. Next time we come back here for our outdoor endeavors…. I’m booking here.

This place is gorgeous and clean, with spectacular mountain views. It is quiet and secluded, and also near town. Kaci was informative and helpful. So much value for the price. I would definitely go back.

What a gem!!!! Tiny Blue was anything but tiny !!! The space was well thought out and had everything you needed! Jackie was super helpful and quick to respond! 15 mins to amazing hikes and cute little downtown. The back porch had a breathtaking view, cozy seating area, outdoor tub and shower ! If you’re looking to escape and completely unwind, this is it !! One of my fav tiny home stays in NC! Thank you!!

Wolf Lake Escape is a great little remote spot right on the lake. Kathleen is an excellent host and Tilley the dog is a friendly co-host! The apartment is private and the views of the lake from just outside the door are beautiful. Thanks Kathleen, we’ll be back!

I cant say enough how amazing of a location this is and how fantastic Tara was. She was always very responsible and everything she advertised about the rental was 100% accurate. We definitely plan to stay with Tara again the next time we're in the area!

This Airbnb was by far the nicest we've stayed at. Extremely clean, asbolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The scenery is gorgeous with the mountains, the farm and the Highland cows grazing just steps away from the porch. The host was very friendly and responsive. Every part of this experience was pleasant from start to finish! We would highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here. It's a very nice house in a very quiet and peaceful place. Mary is great! Was always quick to respond when we had questions. The chickens, ducks and dog were all friendly. There is a bag on the porch labeled 'chicken treats' and there were two particular chickens that would try to break into it.

Host was very great with communication. Randy and Travis ,the on site people, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to getting to go back
