The Villa Pier'Art, nestled in a private estate on the heights of Deauville-Trouville, offers a luxurious haven of peace with breathtaking views of the sea. Ideally located near the renowned beaches of Deauville-Trouville, this exclusive villa offers privileged access to two tennis courts for moments of sporty relaxation during your stay. The living room is equipped with a large-screen television, an arcade machine with over 4000 games, a Nintendo Switch console, and a selection of board games to entertain the whole family. Also, enjoy direct access to the terrace with a sea view. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for gastronomy enthusiasts, featuring an oven, a microwave, an induction hob with integrated hood, two dishwashers, a Thermomix, a Staub cocotte, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to it, the dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a full range of tableware and accessories for unforgettable dinners. The villa boasts five bedrooms, each with its own identity and private bathroom (2 with bathtub and 3 with shower). Four bedrooms have king-size beds (one of the rooms has two single beds that can be transformed into a king-size bed), while one bedroom offers a queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor for added convenience. One of the bedrooms with a desk space offers an inspiring view of the sea, ideal for those who need to combine work and relaxation. In addition to the comfort of the bedrooms, the villa offers toilets on each floor for added convenience, as well as a laundry room equipped with two washer/dryers, a sink, an iron, and an ironing board. Your safety is also taken care of with the presence of a fire extinguisher in the villa. A sunny terrace invites you to outdoor dining, with a table that can accommodate up to 10 guests and a Weber barbecue. The pool features an electric shutter safety system that must be closed when not in use. Supervision of children and non-swimmers is the responsibility of the tenants. For weekends, we require a minimum reservation of two nights.

Maison familiale de 80m2 au calme avec terrasse plein sud et garage. Après avoir garé votre voiture dans le parking de la maison, vous pourrez tout faire à pied, profiter des commerces et restaurants à 300m, des ballades en bord de mer à 1200m et du shopping à Deauville à 800m. Notre maison est strictement non fumeur et les animaux ne sont malheureusement pas acceptés car nous sommes très allergiques . Les draps et linge de maison sont compris dans le prix de la location.
